The property, staff, room was all great, top notch. The food was excellent and breakfast also.

What I didn’t like was the location and traffic all around this area. For it being the first time I have been there it took me almost 20 mins just to get into the hotel with the traffic and some streets being a one way. I had to go around several times just to actually get into the hotel. After the first time, everything was much faster even though the traffic was very busy it was not quite like the first night

I loved the entire hotel. The staff was great. My room was one of the best I have ever stayed in. It was comfortable and spacious. The restaurant food is nice. The location is convenient. One of the best hotels in the Dominican.

The place is a little pricy. Great hotel, but the price can get a little expensive. Also don't like that you have to pay for guest to visit. If I'm paying that much for a room, I should be able to entertain whoever I want, as long as I'm not throwing parties or disturbing other guest.

This is unbelievable value. My suite was very large, more like a one bedroom apartment. Everything is impeccably clean, the staff were friendly and went out of their way to accommodate my needs. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the breakfast varied and delicious. It is very difficult to find anything to complain about.

The location might not be ideal for a tourist wanting to explore for example the the historical centre. You'd need to take a cab or uber to get there. Although it is not a long way away, but for someone not used to the hot weather, it is still a little too far to walk.

Property is perfectly located close to many different restaurants and shops . Hotel is very clean and staff is great and friendly. Breakfast was also delicious every morning. Also great restaurant located inside the hotel building Cantábrico Restaurant . Overall hotel is very good and we felt very safe.

The only down side to this hotel is you can hear all the outside noises despite us being in the 12th floor we could hear everything cars beeping ect Specially at night this was a problem with a nightclub being close by to the hotel we could hear the very loud music in our room clearly.

3 things 1) The size of the room was great for a family of 4. It consisted of a separate bedroom with a super king size bed, and a large sofa bed. The room also had a huge bathroom with a great view, and a kitchen area and microwave. 2) Trendy pool area, with poolside bar. 3) Decent breakfast, with good selection.

1) Weekday breakfast closes at 9.30. This is too early and meant we missed breakfast at least once 2) The area is ok, it is attached to a "mall" but there are no shops or restaurants in the mall are open. There is a super market within 5 mins walk, so it is convenient, but as a tourist, there isn't much to do in the area, and you need a car or taxi to get around. If only in SD for a few days, then perhaps staying in a mire touristy area (seafront or Colonial Zone) would be a better option.

Great stay with all of accommodations right at your hands. Hotel is very clean and many things to do inside of the hotel. Many different people from all over the world...if you're a single man or woman, you might be inclined to meet someone there hanging out at the bar or the swimming pool...the staff was very friendly and willing to assist you in many areas...

Breakfast omelets for the whole week were perfect...hats off to both chefs! Staff in the breakfast area were beyond perfect!! They made me and my family feel so welcomed! Greeted each morning by Yesica for temperature check with friendliness and served by Rafaela...she kept my coffee cup full everyday and was very attentive to our every need!!! 😀 The 2 maintenance issues were resolved within 30 minutes!!!

Have to ask for daily water for brushing teeth... Breakfast variety was just fair. Had to get maintenance after we checked in for no light in the shower and slow sink drain.

Check in was super fast despite all the Covid checks and controls. Everything we requested was honored, a high floor room and late check out. I live 5 minutes away from the hotel and staying in the hotel feels like you travel overseas without buying air tickets :-p.

Three things: - On breakfeast they didn't had any plantain mangu, bacon and fried cheese ready to serve which I found very strange. I asked the egg chef and he said we do have, so they prepared the fried cheese and the bacon on the spot which is fine, but some people don't like to ask or want to bother and they prefer to serve themselves on the spot. - I had to order extra bed sheets and pillows for the sofa bed because they weren't any available in the room. Good thing is they brought it pretty fast. - I will also suggest to put bigger trash cans when you have families staying in the rooms. We were 3 adults and 2 underage kids. We had to use all trash cans because one was not suffice, and it was kind of messy.

Everything was great, specially the room service food was amazing, we also paid for the higher room and man the view we had from the floor we were assigned was just marvelous.

The air conditioner could've been a bit more cold

Pool Bar & Restaurant needs to improve service. No waiters pass regularly to check if customers would need or like something to eat or drink. Orders take excessive time to be served.
