The location of the hotel is close enough to walk to the center but far enough from the chaos. The room and all the facility are perfect and well maintained. The internet is very fast. Hotel also has enough parking for the guests. The staff is very friendly. The breakfast has plenty of choice.

Breakfast room is a bit too small for the high seasoned guests same as the pool. You cannot really swim because there many people especially kids in it.

I paid for a sea view but the trees block everything except for maybe 1st floor and top floor. Very disappointed in the view. Also, even though this place is advertised as less kid friendly, there were so many kids in the pool. My wife and I didn't even go in. Lastly, I believe a lot of people used the chairs, pools, etc. who were not staying at the hotel. The staff should do better to enforce the wrist bands that they hand out when you arrive. I barely saw any of them on. All that being said, it was still a great place and well worth the money. I'm not usually nit-picky but I felt these points needed mentioning.

Place for breakfast and dinner was absolutely amazing with a nice view to the sea, staff was very helpful and food was excellent. Garden is also very nice you can find there a nice place with a sun or even with shadow.

External facility of this hotel is shared with another hotel called Punta. This information was not shared on the booking or even on the hotel web page. External pool was full of small children so the chance to swim was very low, potentially in the morning or late evening.

Nice hotel, very nice setting in the Park. Bar next to the beach was very good.

Great location, with a nice swimming pool right at the sea side and in less then 5 minuts walking from the busy city centre. The breakfast is good too. All in all a lovely place to stay. Our room had a great view on the pool and trees and even a bit sea. Not all rooms have that view.

For a 4 star hotel, and this price, the room as a little basic. The wallpaper for instance had some cracks and there were some bloodstains on the walls to (killed mosquito). The bar at the seaside, serves some food but that's not that great. Should upgrade that a bit!

Great breakfast buffet- good selection of hot and cold

Being susceptible to cigarette smoke - I found some mornings difficult to eat without my breath catching. Unbelievable people smoking like chimneys- whilst others on same table eating… thank God there’s a good proportion of seating in the open air! Seating in bar area at night a similar problem- sofas back to back, so if a smoker right behind you - you end up with it all in your hair, and on clothing. That all aside, a really lovely hotel, with friendly staff and in a great location!

The best location we could've asked for, the outside pool and the surrounding area is amazing, you can lounge in the shade and go for a swim in the pool or the sea since it is so close to the seaside. Very comfortable sunbeds! The breakfast was so amazing every morning, very versatile and fresh! Dinner wasn't as amazing as breakfast, but atill tasty and versatile enough.

There isn't anything to do after 9 pm really, no facilities. It is mostly oriented towards family vacations so there were lots of kids and nothing more to do if you're a couple there. The outside pool apparently works until 8-9 pm so we weren't sure if we are allowed to stay there and swim. The throw pillows on the bed heavily smelled like mold, it was unbearable so we kept them on the floor.

The property is realistic to the pictures. Great location, nice pool area and good breakfast.

It’s a detail, but I found very strange when they refused to return our documents from check-in until check-out, since some guests have left without paying. We used a credit card for the booking, but regardless they wanted to keep our documents. We didn’t accept it and I preferred to pay at check in, which was accepted. Not sure if it’s due to the language (I could only speak English there), but the staff was not always friendly.

Nice, clean room, excellent location, friendly but not intrusive staff, quality food (for breakfast and dinner). We enjoyed our stay there!

Regarding the food: the dishes were tasty and the ingredients were of good quality. The one thing that could be improved is to mark the vegetarian/vegan dishes. The staff was very kind to provide information about it, but it would be more practical if it wasn't necessary to ask.

excellent location , quiet but still very close to it all ! lovely bright spacious rooms , comfortable beds . pretty grounds around the pool . only ate breakfast and it was excellent .

just little things that would not put me off going but are still annoying . they charge guests to park in the hotel car park . no blackout curtains so sunshine in the room VERY early ! pool way to busy & no kiddie area so it was full of children . the worst case of reserving sun loungers before breakfast I have come across but there seemed to be guests from another hotel using it ? even though we booked two rooms in one booking all in the same name & requested to be close together we were put in separate buildings.
