Honestly best hotel in the Europe, Ive been on many places, but only this place make me come back every year no matter whatever going on. Beach, bars, restaurant, clean room awesome. People awesome ( Yvona, Kresimir, Amir, guys from parking). Always nice, honest, smart, helpfull and mainly really fun with them.

New fee for parking, but I get it, bad times coming.

The last time the lobby is great, the breakfast selection better than in Portoroz (only breakfast room is better their).

1. The in-room entertainment system is too old and has a bad TV channel selection (no English-speaking movie channels). There is no possibility of connecting with my Netflix and Prime accounts, which is bad since we are in 2024. 2. Wellness opening hours: closing hours at 19:50 (when a staff lady with bad attitude tells you to leave the sauna) is not what makes me happy and is not at the level of Kempinski’s world-class service level.

Hotel does not separate carbage for recycling. Dinner food could be also better.

Clean maintained beach, clean sea, underground parking (hotel management finally understood that mandatory valet parking is a stupid idea).

The hot tub water was cold. Sometimes it was difficult to find free sunbeds on the beach. Prices have risen a lot since last year (the euro probably has some magical power over hotel management :-) We spent the first night in a room adjacent to the building's noisy air conditioning machine room - the next day we moved to another room.

Staff is excellent, rooms and bathrooms are well designed in Kempinski standards, fitness is well equiped, food is really excellent in both Dijana restaurant and beach seafood restaurant. Beach zone is very pleasant however gravel beach is not pleasant for your feet. Beach zone could be bigger though, even with half occupied hotel, it is usually full. Water is perfectly clean and views of Tiran and Italian coast are pretty. When we needed to change two rooms because of the tranformer station noise and vibrations, staff reacted perfectly. We were lucky, hotel was not full.

I would warn all the guests from staying in rooms 076 to 082. There is a tranformer station under the rooms and there is constant noise and vibrations one can feel there. I do not understand why the hotel designer/architect did such STUPID thing. Also, fridges in rooms are usually not cooling well. And step and sound isolation between rooms is away from Kempinski standards. Also, drawers in a cupboard in our room were getting stuck. We used kids playroom once however toilet was not working. It feels the maintenance outside of obvious public places is sometimes lagging.

I am so positive about this place..The staff was amazing! Accommodating, extremely friendly, helpful, and more. The breakfast was divers, lots of choices and you could ask for anything extra.

The only remark I have, if you come with let’s be aware that they aren’t allowed at the swimming pool area nor at this moment at the beach..we didn’t know this so it came a bit as a shock, but even then the manager accommodated us much more than the bare minimum and listened to us. I honestly feel that the moment this is settled, we are coming back again!!

This resort hotel is in an excellent location in Savudrija, Istria, near Slovenian border. It has a small made up beach and a golf-course nearby. The hotel is of a proper international 5-star standard, with an excellent breakfast, several swimming pools (outdoor and indoor), spa and gym, etc.

Considering a rural location of the hotel, it appears a little greedy to charge additionally €15-20 per day for parking.

Absolutely amazing experience. The staff is truly great, they all went beyond expextations. The hotel looks really nice, pools were great, private beach stunning.

The matrace was way too soft, plus they had a soft topping, so the bed was really not comfortable. We asked for replacment , but they have never managed, I assume they dont have one. Its a pity, as this is the only (but important) piece for a perfect experience. Wr even had back aches in the morning.
