Location was great!! 4 minute walk to the bus station, small convenience store nearby. Beach access nearby, too. The option to have breakfast or half board was nice, so I didn't have to worry about eating out. Outdoor pool, wellness center, and fitness classes available. Beautiful view of Old Korcula. Reception was super friendly and helpful. I took the recommended Island Taxi hop on and off service (fee excluded) and got to swim at different locations. I'm sad that I have to go, wish I could have stayed longer! Lobby open 24 hours which was super nice. I utilized their laundry service for a fee and they returned my clothes washed and folded within 24 hours. Also, the night before check out, I informed reception that I would leave early 5:30 am. They packed me breakfast and lunch sandwiches with fruit and water in a bag to take with me! It came in handy when taking the ferry so early off the island. One more thing, reception was able to print my boarding passes for me for ferry. Wifi is super strong, too.

Despite end of the season and fewer guests, the food selection and quality was acceptable. Sea view facing room was very comfortable and spacious, even if not modernized for some years and also with stains on the sofa etc. Customer service / reception was very attentive and had always assured us they will double check no matter the issue we had.

Cleaning was was a bit superficial. Lack of the fridge in the room! The indoor pool heating was turned off during our stay. Children corner was disassembled, and then partially restored after our intervention.

The location, the pool, the breakfast was excellent with great choices

No extra pillow, the shower was inside the bath, the bottle of water in the room was not replenished every day which resulted in we running out of water one night amd when we went to reception at 10:25pm we could not get a bottle of water as the bar was closed at 10pm..The man at reception said he could not get us water as the bar is separate. We ended up having to walk into the town to get a bottle of water. While we understand the man at reception could not accommodate us I feel management need to address this .It's unacceptable that residents can't get something so basic as water. I expect more from a 4 star hotel.

The hotel is perfectly located, at a walking distance from the old town and the beach. One of our rooms had a beautiful view of the sea and the old town. The food was good and the staff of the hotel very kind and friendly.

The other room we booked, the one with a supposed street view, had in fact a "wall view" - it directly faced the wall of the adjacent hotel building. We managed to get another room thanks to the kindness of the receptionist, but still I was a bit disappointed that we had not been told in advance about this.

Great buffet breakfast & dinner exceeded expectations. Food varied & chefs kept topping up dishes. The best helpful staff at reception. In fact all staff were great.

Hotel a little dated. It wouldn’t take much to improve. Art work on the walls of the long boring corridors would make a huge difference to ambiance of the hotel.

Nice rooms, air conditioned, good location. Clean hotel and facilities. The buffet breakfast was plentiful. One staff member stands out from all others, she was so helpful and smiley (worked in the bar and pool bar). Rooms were made up quickly and well each day. Overall we would recommend as a good base to visit Korcula from.

We would have liked more information in the room about hotel facilities such as the gym area. Some staff didnt know much about local excursions.

Great views from the pool area however be prepared for a slight incline if you are walking. Good choice for breakfast & friendly staff.

The hotel is dated & the bathroom needed a refurbishment. The shower is over a very high sided bath so this could cause some difficulty if any mobility/flexibility issues. No grab rails.

Everything was what I expected and more! Room was very clean as well as the rest of the hotel, check-in was a breeze, pool area was very nice with an amazing view! The staff was super friendly and professional (includes all staff), room and bath was spacious, bed was comfortable too. Short walk to the old town of Korcula was definatley " a short walk", quiet night at the hotel which was a big + for us. Perfect stay for our family of 3.

Staff were friendly and helpfull and willing to go the extra mile to make me feel comfortable and happy during my stay. They had plenty of tips and advice on places in the locality Breakfast was excellent Location a pleasant stroll from the centre and a few meters from the sea made for an excellent location View from pool area made for a great place to enjoy an evening drink

No complaints, hotel a little quiet in the evenings
