Very friendly staff that gave us helpful tips for visiting Salento and the surroundings, also helped with booking a coffee tour Rooms are very clean and there is hot water Delicious breakfast with a beautiful view of the valley. There is fresh fruit, juice, coffee and a variety of dishes like empanadas, tacos, omelet and sandwiches

One needs to walk up a steep hill to get there, but for us it was not a problem and the view is worth it. Currently there is some construction right next door, but only during the day from about 7:30-8:00 until 16:30-17:00 but we were out on excursions during that time so it did not bother so much

This an absolutely must stay when you are in Salento. As soon as we arrived we were thrilled by the views from the terrace over mountains and whole landscape. in the room there is everything you need (except hairdryer) and the shower with hot water and good pressure is also very nice. We highly appreciate that the staff speak english as it is rare in Colombia. They were so nice and polite. Breakfast was delicious and with the views from the terrace it tasted even better. This was one of our favorite stay in Colombia.

as it is in the humid locality, the room was very humid too, and we can smell it on the bedsheets. some were fine but most of the were musty. and we hated that we needed to leave this gorgeous place sooner, because our flight was rescheduled on the last possible moment.

This hotel was amazing. Firstly, ALL the staff were so friendly and helpful throughout our stay and so professional. They were very on top of the running of things and it allowed the hotel to have a really good vibe/flow. We booked a room with a balcony and hot tub and it was worth every penny, the view was simply breath taking everytime, we didn’t want to leave. The mirador (city viewing spot) is just a 2 minute walk away but our balcony view was as good if not better. Really didn’t want to leave, it was so relaxing and so beautiful. Spectacular, unobstructed view of the valley. Very good included breakfast with plenty of options. Attentive and friendly staff. Jacuzzi on the balcony is an added benefit.

Had some minor issues with electricity and water going out during the afternoons, however, staff were very friendly and accommodative with regards to the issue. Would note that they are currently undergoing renovations so there is quite a bit of construction noise during the day.

We stayed in an amazing room with the most beautiful view (with jacuzzi). The jacuzzi is not the most comfortable but the views from balcony are astonishing. We were offered breakfast in the room and we enjoyed the views from our room. The hotel is situated at the top of a hill near the mirador de Salento with same views. The owner helped us organise a bike tour and gave us restaurant recommendations and couldn't be more helpful.

The room was only available one night! Wished we could have stayed longer.

Waking up in the morning to the mountains and birds soaring in front of you is just incredible. We stayed in the king mountain view which surpassed expectations. Very modern shower and comfortable bed. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and the breakfasts every morning truly delicious. Walking distance into the village as well as by a mirador with great views. You can organise transport to the Valle del Cocora treks with reception as well as transport to the airport. We would definitely return!

My friends stayed in the rooms with city views and didn't have quite the same experience in terms of wow factor with the views. I would recommend the mountain facing rooms.

The view was absolutely spectacular. We had to upgrade to a room with a view once we saw how magnificent it was. The room was very clean and roomy. Nice private bath. Tea and coffee available throughout the day. Lovely patio area to sit and enjoy the view

The hill to the hotel is a challenge. But without the hill, the view would not be there. No remedy, just be prepared if you have challengers walking up steep hills.

The view from our room was out of this world. The hotel was so nice, staff super friendly and approachable. The breakfast was delicious, we had bandeja paisa. The beds and room were very comfortable. The jacuzzi was amazing.

I would have liked a full length mirror in the room. Unfortunately only half length mirror in bathroom. It would be good to have breakfast a little earlier than 7:30am

The hotel is very well placed, close to the mirador on top of the city. The rooms have a great view of the mountains, breakfast was served in the restaurant or on the terraces and was a great way to start the day. The staff (from reception to the cleaning crew and kitchen) were all amazing and very client-oriented. The jacuzzi is the best to relax after a day in the Cocora Valley (30 minutes away by car) or visiting one of the coffee farms around Salento.

Hotel has spectacular views of the Valley (book rooms with the front view and you won’t be disappointed). Hotel has great location - 1min from a viewpoint, 3min from the town center - it is close enough to be in the middle of everything but aside enough to have a peace & quiet time. Breakfast was great and there is always fresh coffee available at the reception. Rooms are spacey, modern and clean. The best highlight is the service - very attentive, friendly and warm staff. We would stay there again and recommend it to others.
