Amazing coworker space, great location, nice café, confy beds and pillows.
Water and drinks are very overpriced there. There are many receptionist during the day but at night just one. I needed a blanket because if was super cold in the room and was told that they didn’t have it. when I asked further, the girl started having a nervous break down and started crying because she was busy with checking ins. They also sent more people to the room because they forgot to update their system…. I found my stay messy and disorganized for what we pay.

The beds are really comfortable, they have curtains for privacy, map and power plugs. The staff was great. They have activities everyday which is super cool to meet new people.
DIRTY KITCHEN. Every single morning the kitchen would be super dirty and it seems that no one would clean till mid-day. So if you like making your own breakfast, tea or snacks, forget it, the kitchen is too disgusting to enter.

Selena Medellin has everything you need for a comfortable stay you can order food or cook it yourself in a very nice kitchen of common use. you can chill at the beautiful bar and even take Salsa lessons, there is a meditation room, a library a little movie theatre, co-working area. it’s awesome
in the Sunday afternoon the coffee shop is close :/

I liked the location and the quietness of the room. The design of the hotel and the modern decoration.
The breakfast was the same every morning, not all the receptionist speak English. I asked to clean my shoes and they made it a complicated process that needs 4 days while another hotel done it in 1 day. There was no hot water for 3 days and they didn't offer me alternative shower or substitute. Every time I ask they said it will be fixed in 2 hours.

I liked the spacious room with the couch, the location was perfect and I absolutely loved the yoga classes. That was the highlight of our trip. I also loved the concert that was super amazing.
I did not like how all the pipes in the bathroom leaked, and there was no shower curtain. On the first day there was no hot water but that was fixed shortly after.

I had a problem with the attendant at the restaurant, a rude girl with red hair who charged me for a drink but didn't tell me the difference between two of them. And when I asked her to cancel and charge for the cheaper one she told me that she can't change it.

It sucks for guests the needing to download an app to check in the hostel and that's the only way. Everything is so big, so if you are solo, not easy to make friends. There was a small pool of water at my toilet bathroom and no one has ever bothered to clean it.

The standard private room was large with a window and view. The coworking space was comfortable with a balcony overlooking the river for breaks.
The shower's hot water barely worked. The communal areas by the garden bar could use some love.

The facilities are great: spacious, clean, organized and the walls are painted by grear artists. Also, the employees: the reception ladies were awesome and the watchmen are truly kind. One of the reception ladies, Laura, was super sweet, attentive and responsive to feedback and she was also ready to help guests even off her working hours. Her beautiful personality and smile made my stay better.
The price. But I understand it's a very expensive area of the city.
