Clean, environment friendly and safe!

Sound proof perhaps, I can still listen the other room using washroom, flushing water. Secondly, the breakfast should be improve as the taste is not good for the price of 198 in China. Suggest they can extend the closing time of the breakfast to 1100 instead of 1000.

I have been staying only for 2 nights. Everything was good, room, breakfast, check in, price peformance - ratio.

Breakfast was good, nice place to walk around. Good view from the window.

pricing for one person can be improved.

Language barrier

The best stay that I had! It was comfortable and they upgraded me to a large room (thank you so much!) I forgot the lady's name who was at the front desk she was really one of the best service staff there! There was another staff who helped me booked my cab and I was really thankful. The hotel staff really made me feel at home. I also loved their gym and facilities. Although sadly I didn't get to try their restaurants as it was under renovation. It is really near a train station as well but it's generally quite far from the city centre.. but if you take a cab it should only cost you about 10 bucks to the city! Thank you! Will definitely come back soon!

This was my fault. But I totally forgot that I cannot stream my YouTube videos and Netflix. So just a reminder to everyone!

Breakfast was good. Subway was very close by. A lot of greenery around. Staff normally very friendly. Particular thanks to Roger and Peter who arranged the rooms for us and Leon who gave us assistance as to where to go and in arranging transportation. Rooms and beds very comfortable. Shower was good.

Signage, especially the way to Subway can be better.

Entire property is smoke free, clean and spacious. Staff were friendly, helpful and very efficient. Breakfast spread was good with western and chinese options. Overall a value for money stay.

Housekeeping does not replace mineral water and coffee capsules by default. I had to call reception daily for it although they were friendly and responsive.

The staff are very friendly and always greet us with a smile. Breakfast and dinner are fantastic. The gym is good.

The staff can't speak English, it causes some misunderstanding. The price of the breakfast is too expensive, I won't highly recommend it. The location is far from the city, I have to travel by taxi.

I like the quietness in this place. Very new and big. There is total 3 hotel and I like the environment. The staff are friendly too.

There is not much place near that I can go for eating and shopping. Will be good if there is like free buses to nearby shopping area to make it more convenient for us.

The room was clean and very near the Metro. The breakfast food was superb. There is also a billiard table that gives us a fun time. We also visited the Gym and it is a good one but unfortunately the pool was closed.

Nothing much, except there is no pen in the room.
