Ramada by Wyndham Beijing Airport

I stayed here during an 18 hour layover in Beijing. A bit of a hassle to find the shuttle bus with assistance from the transit desk at the airport exit but then it was a quick 10 minute drive. As for my room itself, it was very clean and comfortable. So grateful for a warm place to stay with -16 degree weather outside. Great coffee's at the little lobby cafe. Managed to try a few local snacks from the convenience store in the hotel (you'll need cash if you don't have a local phone line). Overall - a comfortable stay.

As with most places I encountered during my brief stay, English is limited but staff are used to communicating using a translation app. Highly recommend you also get a translation app on your phone (type in your native language they read in Chinese, respond in Chinese on their phone and you read the translation). It's a bit tedious but affective. The staff were pleasant if not overly helpful. I had to wonder around to find my room. Buffet breakfast was mostly local foods with a few western options - very underwhelming dining experience. I would have opted for the McDonalds across the street had I noticed it earlier.

the self service shop did not operate as it should and the front desk was not helping. the door simply would not open after I followed the instruction and scanned the QR code. a voice message said the battery was low. there was a notice at the door said you can ask the front desk for help. but the front desk simply was not trying to help at all

Clean, close to the airport. The hotel also provides a free shuttle to Beijing capital airport every half an hour. The staff were helpful and spoke enough English to manage our booking. I would like to give my special thanks to the morning shift staff and the shuttle driver who kindly returned my phone which I absentmindedly left in the hotel room. 🙏🏽

There’s a faint odor of smoking once you enter the room, even though it’s for non-smokers.

Stayed here for a transit and its a really good option with an airport shuttle. that was a bit hard to figure out but the staff was very friednly and helpful. The room was perfectly clean and nicely outfitted. The airplanes are heard quite loudly, though I also did have the window open.

Elegant Hotel, big and comfortable rooms. Staff spoke almost no English, but did its best to help and tried to make my stay as comfortable as possible.

Pick up from the airport didn’t work. After waiting for 1.5 hours I took a taxi. But drop off at midnight worked perfectly!

We had a layover of 18 hours in Beijing. This hotel is perfectly located close to the airport. The staff is very friendly, the room was spacious and we resumed our travels well rested. On our way back, we will stay there again.

The free shuttle bus from the airport to hotel and vice versa. The bed the room everything are so comfortable. The staffs are nice even they speak a lil english. The drivers of the shuttle were soooooo nice and welcoming

The location is very convenient for getting from and to the airport. I was most impressed with their arranging my airport pickup and drop off. Also, the staff were friendly and welcoming.

Room was very warm. It was very difficult to cool it down. Opening windows was the only option and being next to the highway means pollution in your room.

Clean, comfy bed and great location. Can't really hear the planes either. Overall - perfect.

I wish they had toothbrush and toothpastes so I don't have to unpack my luggage.
