Comfort Inn Swift Current

Room was clean and the bed very comfy. Happy to finally get a pillow that wasn't so big it gave me a sore neck! (There were multiple pillows if you wanted to choose a bigger one). Appeciate the move away from the small bottles of shampoo and conditioner. Room was equipped with a fridge and freezer which was great as we usually bring food on the road and need the ice packs frozen. People were very friendly, including the girl cleaning the kitchen. Air conditioning worked good. Breakfast was good for us. Potatoes were good and very happy the butter was taken out of the fridge ahead of time so you could spread it. (Past visits to Comfort Inns did not). Coffee was good. We didn't have the eggs or sausage. (We don't eat eggs when on the road). There was a good variety of options available. Welcome cookie is a nice touch! We got this room at a great price and booked on the day of our stay.

I would have liked a plug on a wall close to the full length mirror. I like to be able to dry and straighten my hair outside of the bathroom so the bathroom is free. Not a big deal though. However I really don't know where I would plug in the iron other than the plugs on the lamps. I was actually going to use it but couldn't find a suitable plug. There was not a body wash bottle on the wall as there has been in other Comfort Inns. Would have liked the sausages to be cooked more, they needed to be more browned. We didn't try them.

The breakfast was absolutely delicious! I was pleasantly surprised that the hot breakfast was available, when the website said it might not be due to covid restrictions. We were very pleasantly greeted when we arrived and the receptionist saw that I had some mobility issues and immediately suggested a more appropriate room, I really appreciated her consideration for my comfort.

The tub was a bit claustrophobic - it seemed smaller than most tubs and no grab bars which would have made me feel more secure balance wise. (I had emailed the hotel with that request, but apparently that message hadn't gotten through)

The breakfast that was available was rather limited due to covid but that is understandable. It was nice to be able to have a no smoking room but the placement of a smoking area just outside of my ground level patio doors kind of defeated the purpose of getting a non-smoking room. There is ample space on the exterior of your premises to have a designated smoking area away from the guest rooms.

My designated parking stall outside my patio doors is an excellent idea. It does have a huge draw back though, there is an area directly adjacent the stall that has had some sort of construction (digging) initiated and not completed. It is very muddy and makes it somewhat difficult to exit and then again enter my vehicle.

The location of hotel was near all amenities, shopping, restaurants, and entertainment venue. Coffee was very good and available at all hours. Decent breakfast as it was similar to other hotels I have been to recently.

The room we were in was nice although we did notice the business chair at the writing table had worn-out arms which would be an easy fix. Could use a new comforter on the bed and maybe a new renovation for the bath tub/shower.

Very clean and comfortable room with reasonable space. Very clean bathroom with nightlight which was a nice touch ( most of our hotel stays did not include this simple,yet highly appreciated feature ). The continental breakfast was very good with a staff member present to assist through-out.

Our room was on the second floor of this two story hotel and we had to carry our luggage up a staircase that did not have a landing. While we are healthy enough to manage this, I think many seniors would struggle with large or heavy bags.

The room is exactly what i wanted, A single queen, ground floor,parking right out my front patio door which i could bring my stuff into. The bed was comfy and the breakfast was better than i expected with a young lady making fresh scrambled eggs and potatoes and sausage, most times the breakfast is lacking so i was surprised, more fresh fruit coudn't hurt though.

It was a bit dated, but for the rate ( in Jan) there were plenty of rooms.

Good location right on the highway, the rooms were nice and comfortable, ground floor rooms had direct outside access through patio door. Breakfast was as good as could be expected for a hotel chain.

The TV signal kept pixelating then cutting out - at times it was almost unwatchable.

everything! they treated my pet like family, room was clean and super comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and the staff were super helpful as I was travelling from BC to Regina and unfamiliar with the roads, your staff helped me plan my route efficiently and it made the last part of my journey easy!

The staff at the front desk when I checked in was extremely friendly and helpful and seemed to have a great repour with everyone else that came through the doors.

Getting a little dated and starting to require some upgrades to the rooms.

Breakfast offered many choices and the breakfast area was well attended by staff. Any messes made were cleaned up immediately. It was obvious that the staff took pride in their jobs and in ensuring that the guests were well taken care of.
