Comfort Inn Saskatoon

Room was set up really well. Bathroom was clean, new shower enclosure and vanity was at a nice height - very efficient! All in all we were very happy with the room, location and the amenities. Staff was good too.

Really no complaints other than no housekeeping provided, but we were told that we could request anything from the front desk. Seems since Covid, it is so hard to get staff and I think hotels should still provide proper housekeeping even if the booking is for more than one day - they should be coming in to make the bed and do some basic cleaning and restocking of needed bathroom supplies.

Check in quickly reviewed everything we should know. Surprised to hear about complimentary coffee/tea available 24/7 in lobby. Our room smelled stale when we entered, but the nearby cleaning staff immediately sprayed it with Febreze and left it with us should we need more later after an outing. The breakfast had many choices and the person in charge very helpful as was all the staff. When you are in Saskatoon for other events and merely wanting a clean, comfortable place to stay this is a great option at a very reasonable cost.

The Hotel itself is great. Rooms are nice, modern, clean. they have everything, fridge, coffee maker and even a microwave. They actually sell frozen meals to microwave.

Breakfast was shiite, they should just stop instead of disappointing everyone, they have waffles toast, assortment of cereals. When they advertise a hot breakfast you expect bacon/sausage, scrambled eggs and maybe hashbrowns. They didn't have fresh fruit, and most continental breakfasts have muffins. They warned us that they were going into COVID restrictions on 01/10...so we were lucky the breakfasts were going to be a lot less in the future

Quiet hotel. friendly staff. breakfast was decent. hotel is tucked away on a side street, without a gps if you don’t know the area, you would miss it.

the bathroom had your usual hotel soaps etc, I’m travelling light so I was going to use the soaps but was turned away from using them as they were crusted to the glass plate they were on. there was also hair in the bottom of the tub.

nice clean room & AWESOME BREAKFAST

my daughter had eye surgery & had to sleep for 4 hours after but i was told they couldnt give a room that early so i had to pay 30 dollars extra to get in there @ 1 o clock was not to impressed with that room was expensive enough without the extra charge !!!

The staff were super friendly. The breakfast was decent. The beds were comfortable. They had tea and coffee 24/7. Could bring my pets and had great patio access to make letting them out a breeze. Parking was right outside the room so unpacking/packing was a breeze.

You can hear everything going on in the hall. There was still hair in the shower.

Overall was quite good. The breakfast was good. Beds comfortable. Friendly staff. Good parking

The garbage was left outside of the door we could go to our room for several hours. They should have No Back in signs as several vehicles were backed to the rooms and we had patio doors !

The room was clean and in good condition for the price. The breakfast every morning was a great added feature!!!! The front desk was always very polite with good mornings and good nights everytime I walked by!!

The walls are quite thin so u do hear the staff or other guests come early morning working and moving around

The location was perfect for me, the staff was very friendly and helpful. I had everything I needed to make my stay what I wanted it to be.

I mostly just stayed in my room so I didn’t see much of the rest of the property.

Rooms are big, bed is comfortable, big parking space, location is good, full time coffee is available

Room service who comes for room cleaning was poor they took 2days for room cleaning, breakfast is very limited
