Quality Inn & Suites Mont-Joli

We were given a disability-accessible room on the main floor (although we didn't ask for one or require it) and it was extremely spacious with a very tall ceiling and plenty of room to move around in, particularly if there was a wheelchair being used within the room. The bathroom was very roomy with an easy-access shower and toilet. We liked the additional little heater in the bathroom. Breakfast was great, served just off the lobby. Everything felt new and very clean.

The floor was made of a decorative cement-type material that reminded me of the washroom floors in my old elementary school back in the 60's. Although the floor was warm (was it a heated floor? not sure....) it gave the room somewhat of a "sterile" presentation with an echo-y feel to it. We did enjoy the room, mind you, but probably would have preferred just a regular room with some coziness to it.

A hotel with great soundproofing and a variety of unexpected amenities. The included breakfast had a lot of selection, quality was alright. Spotlessly clean rooms with great staff. The choice was pillows and mattress topper was perfect. My favourite hotel from my stay in the region.

The heating system is an AC unit that blows air and is noisy. I switched it off because it disrupted my sleep, but I woke up cold. That was the battle.

New hotel. Staff bilingual and helpful. Breakfast was well presented and stocked. Requested room change from next to elevator (poor sleeper). Staff accommodated with lovely suite at end of hallway. Front desk staff helpful in printing boarding passes. Highly recommend this property for your next stay!

The room was very clean and comfortable. The location was a little out of the way, but it was a good spot for our trip. There was a nice view from the room. We liked the breakfast that was included with the stay. The hot-tub was a nice feature.

The pool was quite shallow and had a large amount of chorine. Other than that, it was a really good place to stay.

My husband and I stayed 1 night there but we wish we could stay more! The room was very clean and nice with a fair size for a couple! The breakfast was really good. We went to the pool and spa and it was very good! Although that day the weather was not warm, but the temperature of the water was very good that helped us to use the pool and enjoy it!

The hotel is in a great location since we were just passing through and we didn't have to stay in the center of the city. The rooms are big and comfortable. Everything was very clean and the continental breakfast was really good. The server at the restaurant was very sweet and helpful.

Property was very impressive. Beautifully clean and well laid out. Great swimming pool, sauna and hot tub. Good breakfast.

Nice modern room with all the amenities of a well-run chain hotel. Clean and comfortable. Breakfast was not bad.

Only minor issues - some of the ceiling lighting was the of the cold, white light variety; water pressure was a little weak.

Location was close to gas station, breakfast/eating places. We only stayed one night on our way home from Gaspe. Rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable.

Breakfast service closed early. Wish they finish at 10 am instead of 9 am. Although breakfast was included in our reservation, we were not able to use it.

Tv stations offered in an insult to Quebec résident. Very few french câble station offered while they offer plenty english stations and also some stations stations from France, England and....Al Jazeera!!! By the way, most of the customers in this hôtel are french quebecers!!
