It was conveniently located and the price was very good compared to comparable room in Trois-Rivières city that was just 10 mins away. The complex is close to a major grocery store and gas station. There is a restaurant a snack bar and a bar in the complex but far enough from the rooms that they do not disturb.
The only thing that I would have to say is not related to the hotel itself but it's location. It's conveniently located to the city of Trois Rivières but the bridge has only 2 lanes in each direction. During rush hour the crossing could take a bit of time that needs to be factored in the travel time.

Great location right next to the METRO grocery store and other stores and the room was nice and cool on a hot day. No ice machine - you have to go down to the casse croute for ice. They are VERY nice. The little fridge in the room isn't very good.

Staff at the reception was nice and the towels were clean.
Nothing to like at all! Old outdated smelly and dirty carpets that will make your eyes itch. I’m not exaggerating, generally I’m not a picky person but this place is way to much for what you get for the price of the proper hotel! I’m aware of the fact that it’s a motel but please in 2021 seeing place that looks exactly the way it looked in 1965 …. Please do something to keep it up to date!! Time to spend some $ for the Reno Mr. Manager! One more very important thing !!! Don’t call it maple syrup if it’s not a maple syrup! In case if the manager needs to know the difference because the waitress looked at me like I was crazy weirdo!! Here it is : Pure maple syrup is simply maple tree sap that's been boiled down to a thicker consistency. That's it. Just one ingredient. Pancake syrup, on the other hand, is made with corn syrup and artificial maple extract.
