Travelodge by Wyndham Timmins

Breakfast was good considering the covid restrictions, the room was very spacious, clean and the bed was very comfy. The staff were very friendly and made us feel at home. The location is good as there are a lot of dining options in the immediate area and plenty of things to do near by.

When it snowed, the plow was in at 4:40am to clean the parking lot.... I really appreciated that it was done when I got up, but there was a lot of banging when the plow lowered the blade ( did you notice I knew the exact time they were there? Yep, woke me up.)

I love how Comfortable the beds are, The Shower does need some Working on in My room. 245. I also love the air conditioning that was provided for us. We had a Room on the East rooms of the West tower the view wasn’t so nice. I would Say if you are staying in the West tower, get a West room for the view of the city. I would definitely Recommend staying here.

Breakfast was fine. We got there late so no one else there. I’m sure it can be very congested as the area is very tight.

Considering it was part of the cost it was very adequate.

Quick and easy check in. Room was what I expected (love going to a chain because of that)

That the breakfast selection was bit smaller than what we get in larger cities (but I guess that's to be expected)

I waited until my visit was done to write this review, I stayed here for one night checked out, booked another night. I was absolutely impressed with the hotel and the quality and the absolute cleanliness of the room. I did not want to write a review before because the price they charge does not do them justice. Haha! They should charge much more for the room they are. Great hotel, great staff, great renovations, great rooms.. I literally was not expecting much going to a $62 travel lodge hotel, but it should have been much more. I stayed twice, absolutely would stay again. Also, the sheets were so comfortable. It felt like silk

Breakfast was decent. Wifi was also ok!

I did not get a receipt at check out? Asked and reception said I had to get it from the app?? Strange. Other than that ok.

The room was a good size, the staff were very welcoming and helpful with any needs.

The door was very hard to close, made a loud bang when shutting it because it got stuck.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, actually the whole hotel was exceptionally clean. The staff were nice and helpful. The hotel is conveniently located with plenty of parking and many restaurants close by. They had a "grab and go" style breakfast available in the morning and the room was reasonably priced. I'll probably stay here again next time I'm in Timmins.

The bed wasn't comfortable, also the room was in the second floor and they don't have an elevator, so we had to take all the stuff up the stairs

Love the front foyer very roomy and bright.

That there was no instructions on how to work the tv for local channels. Roku tv that we never used b4...it just kept telling us no internet connection.😔
