Falls Manor Resort

We had a wonderful stay at your location. The pool was great. The restaurant, omg, be sure to bring your appetite. The prices were budget friendly, the portions were family friendly lol. Gord at the front desk was wonderful. So friendly and outgoing. We got there early and he managed to get us in so we weren't driving around for hours. The room was very clean and spacious. The tub was deep, I loved that. Located near everything you need. We bought a wego pass. The stop is a 5 minute walk up the street and gets you all over the city, so just park your car and take the wego, you won't regret it. I love that they still use keys, as I'm always de-magnetizing the key cards, and deadbolt. We are definitely coming back. I give this place a solid 9/10

The place is not new so we weren't expecting new. Nothing we really disliked, just more of wish they had. I wish the beds were more comfy, maybe a little newer.The room we had, had 2 beds the one wasn't too bad the other was not comfy for me, my hubby did fine.The beds were old but I think the one has lived it life. The room needs a little cosmetic tlc but it didn't interfere at all with our stay.

The price was right for my daughter and me. We knew we'd only be at the hotel to sleep for a quick overnight visit. The room was clean. Others would say it wasn't modern but that was part of the appeal for me. At check-in, we were shown how to use the tv remote and there were instructions in the room as well. You get a 10% discount at their restaurant, too.

When our neighbors used their shower, it sounded like it was in our bathroom. Also, if you have knee or mobility issues, the bathtub edge is quite high. We could have used more than just the two pillows on each bed.

We are returning guests. The staff is exceptionally courteous and helpful. An excellent restaurant is part of the property. Our room was updated, clean, and quiet. This is not a new and fancy motel, but it served our needs. A decent place to stay. Housekeeping was friendly. Everyone had smiles and made us feel very welcome.

There was no radio/clock, but that really is not a big deal. We have cell phones, right?

Our room was really clean!!. While this property is older and could use some major updates, they work hard to keep it clean and nice looking. I was very impressed. The rooms were cleaner inside than some major brand hotels we have stayed at in the past. And so much less expensive than the surrounding hotels

we like that the room was very clean and ready upon arrival. We actually arrived much earlier and were given our room, this we really appreciated. The front desk gentleman (forgot his name) was kind, explained everything about the room and how the tv worked.

Not that we minded but maybe a kettle to make morning coffee (bar fridge already there)! other than the all was excellent

The room was big and had an upgraded t.v. felt like i was more in an apartment rather then hotel room. Only thing missing was a coffee maker in the room but there was a restaurant right there for morning coffee. It was nice and quiet and the manager/owner was very helpful, polite and professional.

Great place. The people who work here are so lovely. The room was clean, the person who cleaned our room after the first night even put my sons teddy bear in a cute pose on the bed. Food was awesome, you gets lots for a great price. Would definitely use this location again.

Friendly staff. room was clean and neat. I liked the space inside room & Tv ( was able to cast via phone) and bathroom was neat and well maintained. There was mini fridge as well.

There was no exaust in bathroom which was little odd but it didnt make much difference during our stay. Overall it was a good stay.

Great location, close to amenities, and not far from my friends that I was visiting. The room was very large and exceptionally clean. Bed was comfortable. Nice hot showers. It was great to be able to park right in front of the door. Lots of parking onsite for visitors and restaurant patrons. Great restaurant too.

It was odd to not have a coffee maker or a clock in the room. Not really a big deal though. Front office hours were a bit strange. I had to check out via the adjoining restaurant.

Perfect! Beds were very comfortable, big bath. Staff was very nice and helpfull.

Just the location, its around 50min walk from Niagara falls. Buts it mentioned on the description, so it is what is expected.
