Great location. Clean. Comfy beds. Like the separation between beds. Fridge, complimentary coffee and microwave in the room. Very kind and helpful staff (even when a customer made an unnecessary rude comment, the staff stayed professional and polite)

Faster check in process

Very handy to the Trans-Canada Highway and they accommodated our arrival close to midnight. The Wi-Fi worked very well. There was a change of ownership and management shortly before the pandemic began. I am pleased to see that they have made it through and we will stay there again..

The facilities are showing some age but they are very adequate to our needs and allow the rooms to be very affordable. Breakfast options in the area are limited to fast-food so we went on to Fredericton for our meal..

That you provide small bars of soap and not liquid soap in a dispenser bottle

I would have appreciated reading lamps beside the bed so that ceiling lights can be turned off before going to bed. Offering a simple breakfast would be great!

I want to thank Sam for the excellant level of attention he paid to us. He was most welcoming and friendly. Also t to mention efficient and caring. Thanks for a great stay.

Toilet plugged but we got it fixed ourselves.

I liked that the room had it's own entrance, easy to get to as my husband has mobility issues. Very large, spacious room. Great value.

The office closed at 11pm, which is not good for those who arrive late. Especially if you run into road construction or other issues while travelling.

We reached very late at the motel but didn't have any problem locating it as it was very close to the exit. The staff was very helpful and immediately made all arrangements. There were tea / coffee arrangement in the room.

There was no restaurant so we had to carry our own food.

The value. The staff was flexible about early check ins and seemed accommodating.

The layout of the rooms is a bit strange. The sink for the bathroom is outside of the actual bathroom. I didn't bring a pet but noticed the extra charge for pets was a bit steep.

The beds were SO comfortable. This is the 2nd time I've stayed-great little place

It was a little tight getting into my parking spot (between 2 buildings) but no one complained that I angle parked

We were in the new section. The room was very large and beautiful all around. Extra towels, coffee pot and coffee, good WiFi and TV. We were on our way home so couldn't stay longer but wish we could have. Excellent beds. We were there a few days after NB lifted all restrictions so some of the questions here are obsolete. I would recommend the place to anyone.

Very welcoming staff and willing to help when an issue came up and resolved it the best they could. Was a great stay and they allowed us to arrive earlier then usual.

We had an issue with something being in the room that should have been cleaned out before arriving but we did arrive earlier then usual so maybe the cleaning lady was feeling rushed. Otherwise everything was great.
