The loft where we stayed was very spacious and clean it was ready when we arrived. It's in a great location very private and romantic but not too far away from shopping and restaurants in st Andrews. Grounds there r lovely we went for a beautiful walk. Hot tubs were nice and hot and clean only thing I could say was patio furniture around hot tub could use bit of clean but leaves were constantly falling so I am sure they did and they just got covered again. Breakfast was good lots of choices this is our second time here and we would come back again. One thing to note is they have smart TVs that you have to use yr own sign in and if you don't have Netflix that could be a problem we couldn't find prime on there I know I like watching TV at end of day after walking around everywhere but other than that it's great

I liked everything except the TV we had issues with as we don't have Netflix and couldn't find prime and when my husband went and asked we didn't get any help. We did figure out next time we will just make sure we have Netflix it would be easier guess they just assume everyone has a Netflix account.

It was so beautiful! We were Glamping and the sites were so private, you felt you were the only ones there in the gorgeous woods. It was so relaxing. We enjoyed the hot tub (that too was private) you reserved your time for it. I loved exploring the grounds. Beautiful main buildings and other areas. I surprised my husband with this unique night away. We Both loved it. 💗 I also want to say the staff were excellent,couldn’t help enough, so professional and friendly.

If I were to go again, I would book one with a little less steep a trail to get to our Glamping site. That being said I feel that was only me as I have health issues where climbing up was a bit much for me.

We opted for "glamping" in the oversized tent situated on a wooden platform. The bed and accommodations were surprisingly comfortable. There was vinyl flooring, LED mood lights, towels & soap. There were hot tubs and modern, common bathroom facilities shared with other campers. The management & staff were friendly, and the complimentary breakfast featured a delicious omelet, pastries, juice, cereal and coffee. This is luxury camping!

Each tent had a "field toilet" on the platform which served as a port-a-pot. It was tricky to use, better off to have a full sized one.

The bed was very comfortable and the room was a good size. The bathroom was good - plenty of hot water and good water pressure. The breakfast was perfectly good. Some hot food as well as reasonable continental. The availability of tea and coffee 24 hours was very nice and the dinner we ordered online in advance of our arrival was great, because there is nowhere close by to get food. The garden is beautiful. unfortunately it was raining too much for us to take advantage of the walking trail.

Breakfast was one of our favourite highlights. It was delicious. We had amazing eggs, French toast, frittata and fresh baked goods. Good coffee and oJ every morning too.

We stayed in the carriage house suite which was super spacious however we couldn't seem to get the common area warmed up where the tv and couch were located. We spent alot of our time in the large comfy bedrooms. It was a cold weekend but a pellet stove or wood fireplace would be a nice addition to the space. Otherwise , we had a lovely stay. The grounds are beautiful. We enjoyed the hot tub and free breakfast. Michael was a very friendly and helpful host. The location was great - far enough away from St Andrews to be quiet, but still convenient and affordable.

This property doesn't meet ADA standards for accessibility. The office, cottages, and common areas have steps only, no ramps; rooms are upstairs with no elevator; there were no grab bars in the bathroom.

It is a lovely rural property and we were offered a complimentary upgrade to the Carriage House Suite as I couldn’t access the shower in the large bathtub. Unfortunately evening meal. Service was not available until later in the week, but were able to use the Inn’s utensils to have our bought in dinner in our room. Bed was very cosy and we had a good nights sleep. A decent breakfast provided in the morning.

Our Sat Nav had difficulty recognising the location and the wet weather!

We loved the Safari tent. We loved our bed. We loved the dresser. I love the well water, thank you so much... It's my favorite and you can't get it in the city. We loved the hot tub. We loved breakfast. Thank you so much We just absolutely loved it. The owner is wonderful & has a very sweet sweet dog

There wasn't anything that I didn't like. There was a slight inconvenience of finding a shower but once I gave up on looking myself and actually called the owner, he was pleased to offer a shower from one of the cabins. He asked me to wait 10 minutes and meet him. When I showed up, one of the sweet beautiful ladies that cleans.... Asked me if I was she and she took me right to the cabin. She even laid out towels on face cloths, shampoos & soap Be sweet lady. They were so great 💚

I took a gamble and booked a "glamping" tent -- and it was magnificent! Seriously, it was a huge tent, with beautiful wood furniture (so I knew it certainly wasn't going to leak!), a wood pellet stove, very roomy. The toilet facilities in a little tent on the porch were all right, too (a chemical toilet, but a "pump" water sink. The whole property is very beautiful, and the breakfast was really delicious! I will certainly try to stay here again when I come back this way.

For the glampers, the shower wasn't quite what you'd like -- but, I saw them working on a bigger, more permanent facility! So, that will be all right when I come back.

Loved this spot. Having booking times for the hot tub was convenient and allowed for privacy. The upgrade to the Van Fleet suite was appreciated and the room was beautiful, comfortable and clean. Location is great for a stop before or after the US border.

There are quite a lot of stairs, so not super senior or mobility-impaired friendly, but we had no issues with this. Also, the hot tub was a bit cool - would have appreciated knowing to go turn it on to warm up before heading down.
