location and the outdoor pool
price was a bit high for the quality of the hotel. needs some updating. breakfast would have been nice for that price. also no kids after 10 in the pool wasn’t really enforced which we were looking forward to as there was so many and we couldn’t enjoy. we actually couldn’t enjoy the pool or hot tub as we were constantly being splashed or screamed at. but they were having fun

The breakfast was good, but a little pricy. The staff at the front desk were excellent ❣️ The end of the Resort we stayed in is very dated! Next time we hope to stay in the newer section with a lakefront suite. 🤞🏻

There was someone available to accept my friend and I for a late-night check-in. Balcony was great, amenities were great, and it was really close to the harbor!
No instructions on how to dial for assistance. Heating was too hot so we had to turn on the AC. Beds were comfy but a bit soft for my taste.

Loved the location and the fact that it wasn’t crowded. The beach and waterfront were very clean and natural and everyone was friendly.
There was nothing not to like—except maybe the fish flies—but that had nothing to do with the property and was part of the charm lol.

Small bottle of water costs 2.25. Pretty expensive. At least upgrade the machines so you can tap your bank card. The Pier bar was closed for a private function the whole day/night.

It’s a great place… it’s just needing updating. Carpets seem old, furniture is stained & chipped & our hook behind the bathroom door fell off. But our fridge worked & we were pretty comfortable. The room coffee is terrible…. Sorry 😞

We didn’t have breakfast at the hotel. However there is a Robins Donuts attached to the lobby.
The room had a noisy fridge. Some of the dusting had been missed (headboard). Both very very minor things.

We came with elders from our community and they smoke. There was no where for them to sit and smoke, we had to borrow chairs for them from robins. They use walking aids and it’s hard for them to walk, even short distances.

The location of this property is great, access to the pool and seagulls restaurant, the rooms were very large the balcony was great.
All of the ice machines on the third floor were out of order, there was soda or something all over the wall in our suite our “lake view” was a tad disappointing, mostly parking lot but we were still able to see the lake.
