the jacuzzi in room the door going outside, and the fact all services were in hotel.

birthday party rental of pool. we were enjoying a nice hot tub when a kids party come in and took over the entire pool area. kids dripping all over our shirts and stuff. no sense of boundaries. we left the pool area we were in for about 15mins.

we really enjoyed the pool and the hottub. the room was very comfortable and the bed was so comfy.The location was awesome it was so nice to walk to the mall and there were resturants close by. In the morning there is smittys resturant attatached to the motel that was very helpfull i would go back there again.

the sauna didnt work proper that was kind of sad.

Bed and pillows were comfy...so was the office chair. Nice size room with big desk, big closet, full length mirror. Liked having my car parked right next to my room...and having an outside door to my room. Shower was good and hot. New sidewalk along the outside doors to your room. Staff were very nice!

The carpet is getting old...room in general is outdated and needs a little TLC. Would've liked grab bars on the walls for using the shower in the tub.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel’s price was reasonable. The pool area was nice.

There were some maintenance issues. The electrical outlet next to the sink didn’t work. The sauna by the pool didn’t work. The door to the pool area was locked. I had to get the desk clerk to open it for me.

I thought it was great value for what we had. Rooms were clean and was great that it had a hot tub, pool and weight room. Bonus that smittys was attached to it.

Only thing me and my son didn't like was that when we went into the hot tub, whoever was in us before must have worn lotion or something, as when we put on the jets it started bubbling up alot.

The location was in a great spot enjoyed the beds in a different room and the fact there was a kitchen and living room feel to the place. Also that you can drive up to the door was great, and the pool was very very nice and relaxing.

They could have a few movie channels or a weather channel or something more than 4 channels

Room was good for the price. Beds were soft but comfortable. Bathroom was good. It would be nice to have had a hand rail in the tub. It was a perfect hotel, linked to Smitty’s restaurant..for a short stay. The pool looked nice but it was full of kids having a pizza party.

Clean room, comfy bed, excellent staff, warm and very quiet pool area. We will definitely be back.

Our only downside was the fridge was very loud and kept my husband up, and the treadmill wasn’t working but that is no fault of the staff, they didn’t know.

Very comfortable queen bed mattresses; large separate room with 2 queen beds; 2 large TVs; very quiet room we were upgraded to; we could bbq right outside our exterior door (convenient exterior door to our car and interior door to hallway which lead to Smitty's Restaurant and pool although we didn't use this time around). Conveniently located on the main highway (Hwy #10) to Riding Mountain National Park. The staff were friendly and accommodating to ensure we were in a quiet room as well as they upgraded our room because our original booked room wasn't available.

The tub faucet wasn't working but was fixed promptly; carpeting had burn holes (in the non smoking rooms, although no smell of smoke in the rooms); not enough lighting in the kitchen/livingroom area (no ceiling light...only wall lights and table lamps).

The staff is always friendly and welcoming upon arrival. The whirlpool is nice to relax and unwind after a long, stressful day. Smitty’s restaurant is joined onto the hotel as well so nice to not have to start the car to go to eat.
