the bed was huge loved it, the room was a good size, the shower had great pressure, the tv was a good size, love the pool and hot tub, as well as the couch in the room nice to not always have to sit on the bed, like the option of having a glass for a drink!

the only thing was the tub was slippery and should have non slip mat and the water slide closed but good to see it being maintained!

Parking lot had some major, potentially damaging potholes. Need fixing. Second night we were awakened from 2am to 5:30am from guests next door that were partying. Called the front desk and it quit. Upon checkout the next morning I mentioned this and we were given $50 off of the second nights stay, thanks.

Ease of check in/checkout, and accessibility to the pool. The print out of available services on site and times were also helpful

We stayed at this location because there is easy access to the hockey rink for our son’s game and the Wheat Kings game afterwards. It was disappointing to find out we were not able to use these access points and had to drive around the building instead. I understand with the current situation limiting the number of entry/exit points, but for patrons staying at the hotel there should be a designated area for entering into the adjoining facility.

We love the jacuzzi tub and the nice windows. Rooms are clean and relatively quiet.

The restaurant! Goodness. Only offering the buffet for supper is ridiculous then breakfast we couldn't get a waffle lol. The paper says buffet until 11 so we waited until 11. It was 1104 and the server said we couldn't order a waffle. It's on the kids menu. To me that's nuts.

The room was clean and comfortable

The room wasn’t ready when we arrived at 4pm We we’re told it would be ready in a half hour and that we would be given a call when ready. Waited till 5 and still never received a call. We phoned back to inquire about it then was told it was ready. About 45 minutes after we checked in we got a call telling us it was ready!

Great location with lots of restaurants nearby, big room size, pool and slide

Construction noise above our room starting early at 7:30am. Staff knocked on our door before 9am to clean the room. Agriculture centre next door had a horse conference and left the smell of farms in the lobby for days.

Good pool for kids

Air conditioner is fed by humid/chlorine air from pool area meaning a damp sleep Buffet. Loses too early for our family to eat Breakfast buffet opened oddly late we had to sit and watch our kids eat while we waited for buffet to open lol

The staff was super friendly and eager to help with any questions I had. Me and my husband got to eat, drink and enjoy the VLT room where I felt very welcome by the server (Valentina) and at the front desk while making another reservation for the following month (because we enjoyed our stay so much) Hector was very helpful with the information I asked and answered any questions I had and confirmed some of the things I didn’t quite understand from the website. The room was very clean and welcoming when we walked in. It honestly felt like a home away from a home.

I don’t have anything to say badly .. other than we didn’t get to enjoy the pool (but I don’t feel that’s the hotels fault due to the covid regulations)

it was beyond my expectations. Passed by Brandon for one night during my road trip. was hope something ordinary. But the hotel was very good. Spacious with great amenities. I enjoyed the pool. just hope the pool temperature could be a bit higher for swimming.

The bed was very comfortable, the room was enormous, great soaker bathtub...beautiful sunset view.

Entrance to hotel seems gross, smoking area, obviously... what look like planters are actually like giant ashtrays. Foyer seems dated and dark. No idea if there was room service available.
