Excellent location, comfortable parking, spa were great! Daily room service was a nice surprise! Kitchen was super handy since we traveled with kids and cooked our breakfast/dinner a few times

We travelled with two kids and had a king room with sofa bed. Sofa can realistically accommodate one person, two kids can’t fit in and it’s rather flimsy with thin mattress. Daily room service was very good, however we were 4 in the room and were only getting 1 set of bath essentials. Coffee/tea in the kitchenette weren’t refilled daily, so plan to bring/buy your own.

The room was very nice, modern, roomy and updated with good materials and finishes. Comfortable beds. It felt you were in a higher end hotel. Of course being in the village is nice for convenience of eating out and shopping etc.

Staying in the second building was a little less convenient having to go outside to go the main building to use the health spa. But not the end of the world by any means. On the final evening the water hot tub/jacuzzi was luke warm and someone had put way, way too much chlorine in the water where it caused your eyes to burn from it. You could hardly even be in the room it was that strong. Hopefully that will be rectified in future.

Absolutely fantastic experience every time I stay at this hotel. The reception is always welcoming, and the location couldn't be better. A definite go-to for a memorable weekend getaway.

Overall, my stay was enjoyable, but I did notice some areas that could benefit from more thorough dusting. As a former professional cleaner, I have an eye for detail, and I believe a bit more attention to dusting would elevate the cleanliness even further.

We really enjoyed having just a little additional space. While we didn't use all of it, the kitchenette was a great addition. We were there for foam fest and they had extra towels and garbage bags at the door for us which was very helpful.

The shower head. On the main shower head, only about half of the sprayers were working and felt like little needles. The secondary shower head, however, worked very well.

Large, clean, comfortable room, hot tub, steam room

Fridge was broken but to their credit they replaced it promptly. Ski racks in basement have a metal tongue which interferes with your skis bindings, so you can't properly fit the bindings into the rack in order to lock skis. You can put the skis in with the bindings below the rack arms, but then anyone can simply separately slide your skis down and out of the locked rack because there is no lower metal loop for the ski tails. Pretty much useless.

Location of the hotel is perfect in a ski in / ski out section of the village less than 500 metres to the lifts and close by to bars and restaurants

Could do with a few more restaurants in the village as choice of cuisine ie bar food got very repetitive over the 10 days we were in resort

Updated bathroom with modern shower was a real bonus. Room was very clean. We were there in summer, so location was great, being right in the middle of the promenade, close to restaurants and shops.

Strangely, there were no stairs from the second or third floor to the lobby, forcing you to use the elevator every time. There were stairs on second floor, but they took you directly outside. Just a weird design choice.

Location is great. Room is clean. Staff is very friendly.

I paid $15 per night for for an underground parking lot for 3 nights. The parking lots are very small for most cars (p.s.my car is a compact SUV Audi Q5) and I had an apparent damage mark on the surface of my car caused by the car besides me. Also the bed is too soft, but maybe fine with other guest - as this is somehow subjective.

We stayed at this hotel beginning of August 2021. It was just one night stay on our last day of trip back home. We decided to pick this hotel/location instead of Kamloops to check the ski resort area, which happened to be a very nice location for a longer winter holiday, not only for summer time (when is very nice and peaceful). The hotel is very well maintained, and we got a good price, although I doubt the price is the same for the winter season when the resort is full. Even if the smoke was closer and closer to Sun Peaks village, we had a relaxing night/morning. I loved the balcony with flowers (common area to three rooms) where I had my morning coffee.

Parking is not free at the hotel (indoor/outdoor), but in 3 min walk from the lodge, there are a lot of free parking lots at a public parking of the ski village. So, you can easily park in front of the lodge for 10 min and leave your baggage there, before going to the free parking down the village.

The coffee in the room. The coffee completely sucks. Appreciate having the pot though. Would be better to just have the right sized filters available. Guests can bring or buy their own coffee at the Market. Also, would be nice if you also supplied paper towels for the kitchenette area
