When we booked we got a good price for the room, then I decided to arrive a couple days earlier ahead of my family. I booked the room online and the price was much higher than The original booking. Reception was great and put me in the same room I would have in the original booking but the room was not worth the higher price I paid for the first two days of my stay. I saw my brother Brad Martyniuk’s and his wife Barb Lee’s room which was much larger and it had a gift basket and towel animals. They said they paid the same price as was the original booking

Staff were great, made me smile. The room was gorgeous and well layed out for business travel. The location is right in the downtown so walking everywhere was possible
This was a splendid hotel, a real treat BUT make sure you don't get a very North end room. The Tim Hortons drive through speaker can be heard from when Tim's opens early to closing and it is busy.

Excellent and friendly service at the reception. Our questions to the surrounding were answered with many information. At the reception a coffee mashine (including latte and espresso) and muffins are available and free for guests.

Our room was much larger than most hotel rooms and very comfortable.
Our room rate was quoted to include breakfast. Due to a strike in the region we were told the hotel was unable to provide breakfast. However, our room rate was not adjusted even though we requested an adjustment. We were told the breakfast was free so no adjustment would be made. It was our only disappointment with the hotel.

Awesome bed. Very nice big and comfortable room!! The BEST bed we had in a long time...We will stay there again next time and just ask for a room in the back...
We had a corner room right next to Tim Horton's...so lots of trucks driving through at 5/6am. After that it was quiet again...so not too much of an issue. We are just not used to traffic...we live away from it all!

It was in the strip mall which wasn't the best location but was close to restaurants. and the rooms kept out any noise. Would have been nice if a breakfast was offered
