Copper Point Resort

Loved our stay here! This hotel very much exceeded my expectations right from the moment of booking, they gave really clear communication through email and took all of my requests into consideration, staff are an 12 outta 10! Hotel itself was beautiful, room was everything I expected, clean and comfy. We spent some time at the pools in the evening which were lovely, it was so nice to be in an outdoor pool in April. Didn't use the gym facilities, took a look however and it also looked plentiful. Overall wonderful stay and we will be back!

We stayed for two nights as a little weekend get away. I booked mainly for the golf course but we got a lot more activities. We ended up using the basketball court, the indoor/outdoor pool, hot tub, the restaurant, we’re looking to rebook for a longer stay because we know we wouldn’t get bored there. Honestly exceeded our expectation, the pictures don’t do it justice.

The one thing I’ll say would be an improvement to an already great place, more selection at the restaurant ( really nit picking here) it’s really good still. Would just love to see more flavours on the menu.

We enjoyed their heated pools, the view in our patio room and the bed was comfy. We also enjoyed our first night dinner and mouth watering dessert in Element. The hotel is near on everything like Gas, convenient store, restaurants and coffee shops.

We found couple of used plastic bottles under the sink, hair strands in our bathroom specifically on the tub and sink vanity mirror. Carpet needs extra vacuum cleaning or maybe shampooing to be more pleasant, smells clean and looks real clean =). There were 2 mornings and 1 night that the FDA on duty just looked at us, didnt say nothing or even just a friendly nod, smile or greeted. We felt uncomfortable or not welcome in a way. Simple attention is also part of an excellent customer service.

Room was very spacious, lovely modern decor, hardwood plank floors, quiet, pet friendly, well equipped kitchen, new appliances, patio and BBQ. Pool was nice, however too many unsupervised kids so we didn't use it. We liked the underground parking and easy access to our room on the lower level. Great walking trails nearby.

The duvet comforter that we used from the bedroom closet needs to be replaced. It was very thin (lacking in feathers/fill and stained. It did not provide any warmth. Mattress was not comfortable, same as the pull out in the living room.

I enjoyed this hotel the most in Canada :). Great experience from the first moment, felt comfy. So nice meeting at the front desk, the girl did really care and was in travelling, not just an empty small talk 🥹 - nice room - very clen and comfy bed / room - view just over parking lot, but as well on sunset mountains - really good value for money, so comfy - cant imagine how magical it must be in winter

There was one down side, otherwise i would score full points, which i did once ever before. My room was connected with second bigger room ( someone else had it ) and through this door i could hear neighbours do their dinner, other voices etc i could not hear.

The location was very good, away from traffic, tucked in with the trees. Staff were friendly and helpful. The restaurant was good with nice setting. The location of the room on 5th floor was perfect, surprisingly quiet the entire night. We'll be back.

The only complaint was the mattress, hard as a rock, had a sore back in the morning. Just a note, we found the bed covering on the light side. Could of used a spare blanket in the closet or a heavier Duvet.

I've stayed here several times in the past 10 years, it's always been a 5 star experience. It's clean, comfortable, amazing staff(they go above and beyond to make sure you'll enjoy your stay), great food, countless amenities inside the room and outside, tasteful design and attention to detail, great location and easy access to everything you might need in Invermere. You must try the indoor and outdoor pools & hot tubs. All things considered this is one of my favourite hotels.

The hotel has started to show signs of aging, still an amazing place but might need an overhaul soon. Other than that, I cannot think of anything else.

This property is a hidden gem! Gorgeous facilities and super friendly staff! Greetings from the cleaning staff to the GM herself! Restaurant was amazing, pools were amazing and warm! The outdoor area is set up so nice and the hotel itself is great. Room came with a fridge and sink which was so helpful as we have a baby. I can’t say enough good things about this place!

We had a thoroughly enjoyable 5 night stay. pools, hot tubs, bar, restaurant, staff, spacious and comfortable room…. it was all great. very relaxing ! staff very friendly and helpful. Loved it!

Hotel was short staffed so some services you might expect were slow or absent over new year’s but overall it didn’t matter. it was all enjoyable !

very comfortable and excellent location

underground parking didn’t have the luggage carts I have to run back and forth to find one because lady in front desk was insisting that they have them underground parking. I am 74 years old and I didn’t feel comfortable that someone in front desk is asking me to go second time to find one
