Sandman Signature Sherwood Park Hotel

Wonderful hotel. Best Sandman hotel we've stayed at, and I have been to several different Sandman hotels in BC and Alberta. Great customer service with quick check-in and check out. The hotel is bright, clean, with a refreshing atmosphere. My husband and I stayed in the executive suite, and the suite was extremely clean with nice big windows for daytime sunshine. Great kitchen with all the essentials. What impressed us the most was how easy it was for us to attach our roku and xbox to the tv. And the placement of the power sockets, so it was very convenient for us to hook everything up even in the bedroom. Lots of places to power all of our electronics we brought with us. This was the most convenient and comfortable hotel I have ever stayed at in Alberta. We definitely would come stay again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Children running up and down in the hall at night, but that's very minor.

The coffee in the lobby is a fantastic feature of the Sandman. We didn't order breakfast, but we went to Chop for lunch. Delicious. The pool is warm. The bed is very comfortable with plenty of pillows. Housekeeping was great when we asked for items such as fresh towels and dish soap. We were in the executive suite so we could have a kitchen and refrigerator in our room. It is well worth the value. Great stay once again.

There wasn't anything I didn't like.

Everything was perfect. We received an upgrade due to a malfunctioning AC unit. The suite was awesome. Bed was excellent. The bed was so comfortable I want to buy one. It has all the amenities. Pool, hot tub, awesome restaurant. Friendly staff! Thank you.

Nothing. Things happen. Any AC can break down. It was the service and hospitality that turned it around for us. Thank you Sandman, Sherwood Park.

The food in the restaurant was good and the restaurant was child friendly

I had come from the UK to visit grandchildren and as a treat had booked a hotel with pool At no point were we told we would not have full access but as we arrived swimming lessons were taking place and half the pool was roped off. We then only had access to the deep end could not use the main steps and we had an 18 month old and a 5 yr old Would not recommend going to this hotel for use of the pool

I ordered room service, which turned out to be a very big mistake as I had ordered a Steak dinner with potatoes and vegetables. What arrived at my door was a steak in a plastic container no vegetables and after it had been delivered I realized there were no utensils to eat my steak or potatoes with. I called back down to the restaurant and notified them of my issue and they said the would be right up with utensils. After another ten minutes they arrived and I was then able to eat my Cold Tuff Steak and cold potatoes. Not what I expected for over 50 dollars a a hotel of this quality!

wonderful check in. rooms were great. staff was amazing

.... zero rules enforced about the pool.... so if there are two teenage sports groups in the pool climbing on top of the water slide and pushing each other down 10 at a time ( this is not an exaggeration at all). they don't stop it. we have younger kids 8&6 and it literally wasn't safe for them to be on 3/4 of the pool or use the water slide. they also were jumping off the ledges into the hot tub. hot tub was max 6 capacity and there were 11 of the teenage kids, 4 drinking adults and 1 in the shower area spraying the roof.

We love the location of the hotel, not far from shopping and restaurants. Perfect for when we come for a family vacation. My 3 yr old loves the pool! We are there all the time.

The weekend we were there was very busy, and we wanted to change rooms to get a different view and to get away from the elevator, and they couldn't accommodate us, so that was a slight bummer. Other than that it was a good stay!

Liked the hotel but in comparison with another nearby hotel that we’ve stayed at a few times, the value wasn’t as good. The other hotel offers free full breakfast and is just as nice if a hotel. So would probably go there again next time. Would’ve also been nice if the hot tub was adults only. Wanted to go in to just relax but kids were splashing around in the hot tub.

I really liked the room. I got the king room with kitchenette and it was so nice to have a good fridge, stove, and dishwasher for a longer stay.

I wish there was breakfast included, or some kind of meal voucher. The location isn't ideal unless you need to be in Sherwood Park. The hallway noise was louder than expected, I am a lite sleeper and was woken up by people getting up in room above me and people in hallway.

I was disappointed there was no Denny's for breakfast. Because every other Sandman I have saved at . Always had a Denny's. I was under the impression the person that started the Sandman group. Always wanted a God start to the day. They did over breakfast at the Chop attached to the hotel. But not Tull 7.00am.
