SureStay Plus Hotel by Best Western Drumheller

Good location, close to all amenities and attractions. The staff at the hotel were very helpful and knowledgeable regarding the surroundings and gave us some great tips. Breakfast was good , unfortunately not enough space for all to sit at around 9:00 so we went back around 45 min later and still full. We still had a good breakfast. Wouldn't recommend the room beside the laundry as there were some loud noises throughout the night. Parking was a bit scarce, and as we came back late, we had to park on the other side of the hotel. The water dispenser was also empty. Just a suggestion, but a toilet bowl brush would be an asset. All in all everything was very good. We would book again.

There is not enough room for breakfast occupancy when hotel is full.

Everything went well. Traveling with little kids, the pool was a very nice activity to do at the end of the day. Staff was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was perfect and a nice way to start the day. They have high chairs and booster seats which was perfect. The room had 2 queen bed and a sofa bed. Recommend the O’Shea restaurant in front of the hotel, family owned, nice food, great service.

Dining area is a bit small but we were up early, waiting by 7am so, that wasn’t a problem. A bit expensive but I think it was for the long weekend

It was easy to find. Clean and tidy exterior. The staff were very courteous and helpful! The kids enjoyed the pool and water slide!

Overall we had a great experience. I would like to suggest, that if you are advertising breakfast from 6-10am, the food remains stocked and full until the time ends. We went at 9:15 and there was no hot food left. The lady there was barely keeping up with the rush of people that came in at the same time. She was very pleasant with us and trying her best! She could definitely have used help.

I liked the location, the amenities….clean pool area and towels. the staff were very friendly and very helpful despite being run off their feet. the breakfast was also good! lots of options and the ladies working the brekkie room worked very hard. they put up with a lot of noise, chaos and mess from the volume of people who descended on the room in the short time that breakfast is served.

The staff is awesome! Very friendly and helpfull. The hot morning breakfast is great. Waffles. Eggs bacon sausage hashbrowns. Toast. Everything was clean and ready. The hotel is easy to get around with 2 elevators and 3 floors. The pool is a smaller size but great with the slide and hot tub. The slide is fast and dark but the kids love it.

The outside door locks and the pool door lock are a pain. The key cards take a few times to open. Other than that nothing else to not like.

Super great location, great facilities. Pool is quite small but it works for little kids. The breakfast was good compared to most hotels. The seating area however is VERY small and squishy. We had to take our breakfast back up to our room both days. Overall though good experience and would stay here again.

This hotel is exactly as advertised. Our room was comfortable, the pull out couch worked great for our son to sleep on, everything worked great including Internet for streaming. The pool, hot tub and water slide were great and we had a lot of fun swimming. The morning complimentary breakfast included eggs, hash browns and pancakes - everything was good. There is a nice outdoor patio seating area where we could sit and eat or visit. You could access your room from the parking lot so didn’t have to lug all our bags into the hotel and down the hall or up stairs. There is everything in close proximity- restaurants, grocery store, liquor store, gas station, fast food.

The bathroom could have been a little cleaner. The tub was a bit grimy which is not great when you’re hoping to bathe your toddler in it.

Breakfast options were excellent. I did not expect hot options, it was nice to have eggs, meat options and hash browns along with non hot options.Pool facilities were excellent, clean area, kids loved the slide. We had a leak and clog in the bathroom sink. Front desk were efficient to have it fixed the same day by maintenance.

The hot tub spa bubbles did not work, but still relaxing. Breakfast area can be busy at times, people did not clean up after themselves to ensure the table was ready fore the next people. At times, people left their unfinished food / garbage on the table. Not fault of the hotel.

I like the room it's clean and the bathroom is spacious. My daughter like and enjoyed the slide pool. The front desk staff are nice, accomodating and friendly. Good service!

I noticed one of the pancake maker/ machine keeps breaking down or stop working that causes a long line up and waiting.

Room was nice and clean and the staff were all very helpful. The laundry room was right in front of our door and we never heard a peep Loved breakfast , the pool and hot tub options We had an amazing time in Drumheller!!

Room was a bit dark and beds could have been cushier Tv very tiny But this did not affect how much fun we had Thank you!
