Top thing is the staff at the reception and the breakfast area…super friendly and helpful … Breakfast was fixed but fresh ..(except fruits..better to avoid)

The room service … I am assuming they don’t clean rooms daily …they do make the rooms like make the bed , remove trash , replace towels but cleaning no.. in our 5 days stay only once I got my toilet bowl cleaned on the third day …that too upon requesting the room service staff…other days when I didn’t ask they didn’t clean which is very disappointing ..atleast they should clean toilet bowls daily … also they won’t clean the room floors at all…once I had drink spilled all over the floor on first night and I noticed no one cleaned it next day…I had to wait the other day and again requested room service to mop the floor.. I don’t know if it’s hotels policy not to clean or the room service were not doing their job …

The hotel surpassed all expectations with its exceptional cleanliness, outstanding customer service, and immaculate facilities. The breakfast provided was truly wonderful, with a pristine sitting area, delicious and well-prepared food, and a wide variety of items to choose from. The selection of tea, jams, butter, and cereals offered included top-quality brands. This was particularly advantageous for tourists who preferred not to spend time searching for a good meal in the morning. Additionally, the pool was excellent, providing great enjoyment for my kids. Overall, the experience was beyond a five-star rating. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone in search of a remarkable stay.

I liked my room, although different kinds of rooms are there, I think rooms with balcony are more expensive than others. Overall cleanliness of the hotel is good. Breakfast is good too, you can have scrambled egg, sausage, wedges, waffle, different kinds of bagels, white bread, brown bread, cereals, oatmeal. coffee, milk, 3 kind of juices, jams, cream cheese, shredded cheese etc. lastly parking was sufficient but they have parking option outside the hotel as well if in case it gets full. In the evening hotel puts ice tea and nice baked cookies, nearby front reception which was awesome, we really liked their ice tea and cookies.

the only thing I missed in breakfast was eggs variety as they had only scrambled egg option, I think they should add more variety of eggs in breakfast omelet, boiled and fry eggs on alternate days.

Everything was awesome. We stayed 4 nights with family and enjoyed every moment of our stay .The location is great access to all attractions. The hotel is very clean , and the service is too good in all aspects . Bed is vozy & comfortable to sleep. Parking available at hotel premises which made our life easy .Definitely would visit again & and I will recommend family & friends too .Breakfast is super awesome & we enjoyed it. Check-in & check out process is so easy . One of the reception staff Ms.Karin who helped us in check in toooo good in her behaviour. So polite & humble. Appreciate her service level so much. located in the heart of beautiful Canmore. the large heated pool with water slide. Staff are friendly and made us feel special with a bottle of wine and signed cards for my birthday. Really clean hotel. Staff are very accommodating including allowing us for a late check out.

it’s not that I didn’t like it but the included breakfast need some improvements. The juice machine was non operational during our stay. They could have just put out pitchers instead of the machine. The sausages tasted like it was fried on old oil. Also, the room was too warm for our liking, no thermostat to go try the room temperature, it was all centralized. We had to slightly open the window to let the cool air. We didn’t even turn on the electric fireplace as it gets warmer if we did.

The breakfast had enough of a variety to satisfy many tastes. The hotel was easy to access right off the major highway in Canmore and close enough to other amenities (grocery stores etc). Room was sufficient in size to accommodate 2 adults and 2 kids plus tons of luggage. Absolutely loved the Rocky Mountain soap products in the bathroom which was a great way to support a local business. We ended up visiting the Rocky Mountain store in town after checking out.

The breakfast room was incredibly crowded with tables situated very close to each other which is something quickly noticed when one hears consistent coughing around you. We were tempted to put on masks and take the breakfast back to our room. It was super busy during breakfast so the tables didn't get cleaned after guests were done with breakfast. Our room had a little 'balcony' which was located below ground so we would get a view of car tires mostly. Don't remember asking for a quiet room but given how this room was semi below ground, it was decently quiet.

The staff was amazing, the hotel was clean, the rooms were amazing, and the beds were very comfortable. I LOVE that the room had no carpet in it. The location was great. The hot tub, and work out room was perfect and the washer and dryer in the building were super helpful. We would stay again. Our only complaint would be the breakfast that is included.. not much selection and the eggs and sausages were very salty, there was no fresh fruit just fruit cups that were not fresh. But there is a restaurant right next door with amazing breakfasts, so the problem is solved!

Breakfast was buffet style and included many healthy items such as yogurt and fresh fruit and granola and a nice variety of teas. Of course the standard hot fare was offered of scrambled eggs, potatoes, suasage and bacon which made my husband happy. Very popular with the families who stayed there. They have bikes for rent and the rooms are spacious with a fridge, microwave and hot water kettle. The beds are comfy.

It does attract a lot of families which is fine but that meant there a lot of noise in the corridors and there was no chance of adults using the pool. Also we noticed that the odor of chlorine in the pool was excessive, wafting into the lobby and the eleavtors. Even the children were complaining that their eyes and noses were running becasue of excessive chemicals in the pool. The doors could be opened to ventilate. The location is okay but right next to the freeway along with many other hotels. I would recommend staying closer to the river for some quiet scenery.

The room is spacious and nice, well equippped. There was also fireplace in the room which looked quite good at the evening. The wellness center was nice and there was typically no crowd in it. We were wondering for 5 days from what the scrambled eggs were made out of. It was surely not eggs, the look and taste was terrible. The system at the breakfast room is strange: you have to clean the tables for yourself and after meal you take the dirty plates to a collecting point. The staff in the breakfast room is not enough!

The customer service was excellent! Breakfast was abundant and delicious! It was conveniently located; in walking distance to restaurants and pharmacies, also near gas station, and right off the highway. There was freshly baked cookies and juice in the lobby too, which was a nice touch! It was also a bonus to receive a complimentary bottle of wine for my friend's wedding!

I wasn't a fan of the price (approx $1,000 for two nights), but that's the average price for the Rockies. In saying that, the property did their best to make sure everything was perfect.
