Everything was wonderful exceeded our expectations. the room was bigger than I expected and the bed was so comfortable. The staff was so accommodating and friendly!! we only booked for 3 days but we have never been to the area before once we were there we decided to stay an extra night if possible. we had a kingsize room with a kitchenette. we hoped to have the same room but being a long weekend we weren’t sure that would be possible. I wish I would have gotten the name of the day manager at the front desk who helped us but she was there all three days we were there…anyways I asked her if we could stay another day…she said she wasn’t a sure but after moving some things around we were able to get the same room for another night no problems!! we will Definitely be back.

Love the fact they have actual glass cups, glasses and wine glasses, I really appreciate having an actual cup or glass. The location was great, right beside a walking trail, so easy to walk the dog. Hotel is very clean and modern. They have a lot of little extra touches that some of the 5 Star hotels no longer have. Way to go! Appreciate them being pet friendly as well.

The breakfast was awesome! The hotel was really nice and very well kept and the reception lady was very friendly. We really enjoyed our stay.

There was a young boys hockey team staying there and they were running through the halls and yelling while my baby and toddlers were trying to sleep. I wish the hotel staff had dealt with it rather than me getting dressed and going to find some parents to talk to.

The staff were friendly and accommodating. So nice. There was a big group of us and we were able to use the bbq/ gazebo area to get together for supper. It was a great space for us to be together and cook.

There wasn't anything I can think of that I didn't like.

Nice location along the river. Close to services. Room was modern and comfortable and had some nice extras such as extensive toiletries. There was also complimentary tea/hot chocolate available in the lobby. Staff welcoming and friendly.

There was a little noise from other guests and the train in the evening and again in the morning which made it difficult to get a good sleep. We also were unable to find some suitable healthy breakfast options either at the hotel or town early Sunday. There was complimentary toast and cereal available in the dining room, but no oatmeal or fruit except for some oranges and green bananas. If we had known we could have picked up some items at the grocery store that is within walking distance and made something in the room which had a microwave, fridge and cooktop.

The breakfast was fantastic! My son loved the pancake maker. The location was perfect... right in the middle of the pass. Very convenient!. And staff were all very helpful. Shout out to Bev who checked us in. Made us feel very welcome and happily answered all my questions. Comfy beds, and roomy suites. My son and I were very pleased with everything.

Breakfast was really good (coffee was delicious). The pool was nice - I wish the slide had been opened earlier in the day so our kids could have used it before we departed the hotel but it wasn't a big deal just a preference! Room was clean and there was lots of parking.

Our stay was excellent. The hotel provided a breakfast even though the booking said no meal was included. The pizza place in the hotel building had great pizza at a very reasonable price. The hotel was in an industrial looking area but it was perfectly fine. The room and pizza could not have been better.

I wish there had been a full breakfast, instead of just continental. but what there was, was fresh, and the coffee was great

The location was convenient and the room was spacious and well looked after. Staff were friendly and more than willing to help with anything.

The kids would have loved a pool, its not a deal breaker but would have been a nice added bonus. Also the beds were a little on the stiffer side.
