Initially, I planned to stay for just one night, but the exceptional services and facilities impressed me so much that I decided to extend my stay for an extra night. I appreciated that they kept the same room for me. The buffet breakfast offered a wide variety of options, and I especially enjoyed the Khmer noodles. The gym facility was one of the best in Cambodia, and I also indulged in their massage services. They offered a complimentary 15-minute massage, and I opted for a 90-minute aromatherapy massage. It was so relaxing that I dozed off. I strongly recommend trying the massage services at Queenco. Overall, this is the finest hotel in Sihanoukville. The staff is exceptional, the services are top-notch, the food is delicious, and the location is perfect. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit.

The hotel beds are super soft and comfy. Rooms are well maintained and clean. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful as they are able to respond to all my requests promptly. E.g. My mother forgot to bring the key for the luggage padlock and we could not open it at all. I called their Manager, Mr Sean, and he was able to quickly asked his staff to help us cut open the padlock. He even bought us a new padlock without us asking. We are really thankful for their fast response and wonderful service which makes our stay an extremely pleasant one. Not forgetting to mention the hot stone massage offered by the hotel was simply amazing. The therapist who attended to me was skillful and experienced. She is also very attentive by repeatedly asking me if the heat from the hot stone is comfortable for me. The overall experience was relaxing and enjoying which I highly recommend is a must try.

Everything was perfect at the hotel

I had a fabulous stay at the Queenco Hotel. Although it was a bit rainy in the morning, this didn't stop me from going to the gym as I loved their wide range of gym facilities. The gym is also clean and spacious and all equipment are very well maintained. The room that I moved to overlooks the pool side and the view is exceptionally beautiful in the early morning. The room facilities are simply fantastic and I especially loved the bed as the mattress is very soft and comfortable. The manager Sean is very nice to upgrade me to a premium room on the 6th floor. Wow, I really cannot complain about the wonderful hospitality and services that the staff provided me. I am happy that everyone at the hotel is doing a fantastic job with their warm welcome and helping me with everything I need. Thank you all and I will be returning soon

Lovely hotel

Wonderful hospitality and best service rendered! The room had great amenities which includes a clean and comfortable bed. I was at the Queenco hotel for three nights and it is well managed by a group of highly professional team. Most of the time, I was greeted by their staff with a smile, ranging from doormen to the restaurant. The pool was large and comes with an exceedingly beautiful view of the sea. I had a relaxing time by the poolside enjoying my cool beer while watching the waves softly crash against the seashore.. The breakfast was amazing, with a sumptuous spread of European and Asian dishes from 7 a.m. until 10 a.m.The bar at night comes with a live band which greatly livens up the atmosphere. This is the best accommodation which I would recommend to all family and couples looking for the perfect spot for their holiday trip. I will be back again, and I love the Queenco Hotel. Kudos and thumbs up!

this is a very nice hotel with nice restaurant and lovely staff. the staff in restaurant were all very nice, helpful and friendly and tried hard to accommodate all our requests. hotel room was very nice we asked Sean the hotel manager to help us with our PCR test for our onward trip. it was immediately organised at no extra expense to us, plus a guide to help us communicate. As hotel was very quite we got an upgrade to a nice suite too. Thank you so much Sean we had a great time, and we highly recommend this hotel. They do everything they can to make your stay pleasant.

just the road between the hotel and beach. although they would take you in little buggy and drop you back at hotel, so it wasn’t a big deal and soon we forgot it was there 😁

Queenco Hotel and Casino is a hidden jewel in Sihanoukville, Cambodia. The 2 hour drive from Phnom Penh International Airport was not bad at all. Check-in was very smooth as we provided them with our Booking.com reference number. The rooms were very nice and comfortable. We had a great view of the beachside of the hotel thanks to the accommodating concierge. The beds were nice and soft. Housekeeping provided us with ample water. The restaurant is located across the street near the casino. Whenever raining, the hotel provided trolley service.other than that, the walk across the road was very quick and short. Breakfast was always amazing as they provided a traditional American style breakfast, if you wanted, otlr a traditional Cambodia style breakfast.. I always choose the breakfast of the country where I'm visiting. Checking out was just as easy, and we met the hotel manager, who is just a joyful fellow.

I first decided to stay here 1 night but because I liked it very much, I decided to book an extra night. Everyone is is very welcoming. I was serve and greeted by a manager and welcome drink and cool towel which impressed me. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone is looking to visit SHN. Breakfast has lots of choices and you can take fresh air and enjoy the sea view. Once again I will definitely stay here again!

We had to reschedule a couple times due to unforseen circumstances and although the cancellation policy was quite clear, Sean, the Hotel Rooms Division Manager was very accomodating. This was the reason why we rebook this same hotel. The facilities were excellent. Gym facility was impressive so much so that my wife was already planning a return trip with all her gym girlfriends! Pool is quite nice and the restaurant is right on tte beach. It is a perfect getaway from the buzzing of Sihanoukville city and other beach location. In fact it was so relaxing we decided to stay another night!

None if you are looking for a relaxing location (yet accessible) away from the noisy and buzzing of the city

The services of the hotel staff especially Sean (the Room Division Manager) was excellent! We initially stayed 2 nights here and liked it so much that we've decided to extend another night. To our surprise, we were upgraded to a Suite! This was unexpected. The hotel is uniquely placed with all the amenities and services expected of a 5 stars hotel. It is closed to the pier where you can jump on a boat for a day trip to Koh Rong and come back to the pool after a hot day. If you are looking for a beautifully decorated hotel (none of these Chinese owned hotels with the smell of smokes everywhere) and a place to chilled away from the crowd (in these covid19 times) this is the place to be! We will definitely be back with more friends!
