Atix Hotel

The staff was very helpful. First they changed our room from the first floor with a wall in front of the window to an upper floor. Second the bathroom has some problem and they tried very hard to fix. For the inconvenience they were extremely nice and offered us dinner and drinks. The restaurant was very nice and the menu very interesting and different. Upon departure one the the management also gave me a lovely scarf as a gift. I recommend the hotel, the staf and the location. the area is filled with lovely shops much better and more elegant than downtown and places for a drink and some food.

Breakfast could be better and eggs and omelette too. The jacuzzi on top with windows all round is wonderful, also a possibility of a drink from the bar on that level. Unfortunately people used it at 7 am in the morning creating a lot of noise if you room is right below.

Atix has a contemporary vibe. quiet, comfortable, spacious rooms with views and sun. walking distance to up market dining and pleasant shopping Also the Yellow teleferico station is walking distance ( buy a ticket for the yellow and then green if you want to go all the way to the top of the hills ). Highly recommend this great value for money outing as view of city are outstanding.

The public spaces felt bit lacking in personality and energy. Staff are pleasant but not proactive about engaging with guests. We chose Atix to be away from the busy and noisy main tourist areas of La Paz. Atix is 30 minute taxi ride from the central area (45 mins to airport) in very upscale residential area. Right location for our needs but if this is your first visit to La Paz it’s not close to tourist areas.

We stayed at Atix Hotel in May 2023. The value for money is fantastic. The pool and bar on the top floor offer great views over the city. The design of the Atix is ​​not standardized but individually designed in an artistically reserved manner. There are good restaurants nearby such as Gustu. The staff deserves an extra star: friendly, helpful and always trying to find a solution. Whether it's tickets for the soccerstadium, recommendations or organizing one or the other. There is a dedicated shuttle and tour service associated with the hotel. The hotel is excellently organized, simply a great choice and can be recommended without any restriction.

Very nice mountain view from the room and pool area, spacious and good location. It's located in the southern part of the city with lower latitude and European-like looking architecture around. Very safe area as well

The pool jacuzzi was on maintenance :/ also as my room was just below the pool i was waking up every morning from the noise of drainage water in the pool above - not smth I would expect from the hotel of this price range. Walls are also very thin so i could hear all my neighbours. I also wanted to do a massage but it was available only late in the evening and staff couldn't explain why i couldn't do it earlier

This hotel is amazing, from the staff to the rooms and facilities, the pool with the view of the mountains and city, the sauna, the bar with delicious cocktails, and the breakfast are all top notch. They also let us check-in early which was very helpful. Overall I would definitely recommend this hotel for a luxurious experience in La Paz.

The location is a bit far from the city center, but easily accessible by taxi or by cable car. The TVs do not have access to Netflix, which could be easily fixed. The only other small issue was that the pool was closed until the afternoon on the first day.

the hotel is very stylish. very nice decoration. the amenity and the facility are very comfortable.

this time, the staff was not as helpful as the last time we stayed. They are ok but just that compared to the last time, their English and recommendation about the city was not as spot-on. For example, we asked where to explore and the lady at the front desk says moon valley is about an hour away while the other staff came and told us later that it’s only less than half an hour away.

The hotel is wonderful, it has the most comfortable beds and sheets! Everything is in a beautiful contemporary design, the bathroom is very modern and everything is clean. Bath robe, slippers and shampoo/shower gel etc is available in the room, as well as a mini fridge. There is a great breakfast buffet. Staff was always attentive and friendly and accommodated all of our requests. There are a lot of restaurants in a walkable distance of the hotel and also a nice area if you want to go shopping (near Plaza Balaguer).

The swimming pool area doesn’t have any loungers (only seats) and there are no showers on that floor.

Breakfast could have been better for the quality of the hotel and although the food in the restaurant was very good, there was nothing very simple on the menu as a balance. Also almost no choice of wine which would have been fine but did not really fit with the type of menu and food they were selling. However an unexpected and delicious tray of small sweet goodies were brought to the room on arrival - a lovely touch.

Everything was great it’s a beautiful hotel massively underrated the bar and restaurant were always staffed even when it was really quiet the food was excellent and not expensive and there was great attention to detail in every aspect of the hotel. The pool was beautiful with an amazing view cocktails were great - water pressure was great and beds were amazing Absolutely perfect by far the best hotel in la Paz !

We stayed some extra nights as we were having extra nights in La Paz, we were thinking about trying other hotels but we felt very welcome and comfortable in Atix and we stayed for all our trip in La Paz

The food offer is not wide enough if you stay long the good thing is that very close to the hotel there’s lots of opportunities for food.
