Antwerp Harbour Hotel

The location of the hotel is very convenient. It's too far from the city center for a quick walk, but there is a tram stop right in front of the hotel which runs every 10 mins until 2AM or so. The tram takes you right to the Opera square in 10-15 minutes or so and from there it's really easy to explore the city. The free parking in front of the hotel is very spacious and convenient, and there's more than enough space. We also really liked the included breakfast, and the options were decent (and even for vegans and vegetarians there are lots of choices). The room was clean, the airconditioner works well (also for heating) and we enjoyed the balcony + view (even though it was way too cold, rainy, and the view is very urban/industrial).

Everything was great except for the beds. The sheets were nice and clean, and the pillows were decent although just a little bit worn/plushy. But the bed had two very different mattresses. One was really soft and offered little support. The other was nice and firm, but felt sloped, as if rolling downhill just a bit. These may only be issues if you're not a firm sleeper and wake easily, but we felt it informative to mention here for those to whom this matters.

Good value for location. Room had a balcony. Breakfast was nice with good options. Tram stops to main station and city centre are just outside the hotel and it was easy getting around town from hotel. Parking was free and hotel is easy to reach by car. Great way to experience the city without driving in centre.

Room was on the smaller side but enough space to move around. Shower stall a bit tight for taller people but it works.

The hotel is very nice , the cleaning was perfect and the general staff was also nice and helpful. The hotel offers free tea, coffee and water all day, something that i see first time in an hotel that i visit so this is extra bonus.

The room does have a refrigerator so if you stay for more days you cannot have a sandwich or something in your room. Also its far from the center although there are buses and tram every 5 minutes approximately

The hotel is directly by tram and bus stops, very convenient. The location is quiet. The hotel was clean and modern, and all staff were very helpful. My single room was spacious and clean, and comfortable. The en suite bathroom was small but had plenty of space for one person, and it was clean. The breakfast was good, with plenty of choices of cereal, fruit, meats and cheeses etc Everything is well recommended.

The hotel was OK, bed was comfortable enough and the bar was nice. Breakfast was OK and it was really helpful to have a car park on site which was free. The bar staff were super friendly and helped us order in a pizza.

There was no food available in the evening, even in the bar where the menu said simple snacks (sandwiches etc) were available. The shower wasn't very clean. No tea/coffee making in the room. Alright for a night stay!

Lovely helpful hotel staff Nice continental breaky Towels replaced daily Shower gel etc there to use Air conditioning was great as it was toasting at night outside Buses and trams accessible to go in centre or Sportpaleis etc. Nice bar and bar staff Restaurants/ cinema etc 5 min walk from hotel

Breakfast was good. Rooms were neat and clean and beds were comfortable. Enough toiletries and towels. They also have Microwave in common area to heat our food. Location is a bit far from city center. But tram stop if just across the street from hotel.

TV- limited channels. No Fridge in room. Sound proofing could be better - sound proof (90% OK). This is because we heard some teens screaming in the next room when it completely silent.

I loved everything! The location is super appropriate, because right in front of the hotel there is a tram stop, and a few meters ahead there is another stop where you can purchase the tram tickets. Therefore, the city centre is not far away and we can rest properly in a less busy place. The room was quite large and very comfortable and clean. The beds were really nice. The breakfast was amazing! It had scrambled eggs, sausages, ham, cheese, different types of bread, croissants, yogurts, tea, coffee, and so on. We would definitely comeback if we visit the city again!

The elevator did not seem to be working, but that was the only less positive thing about this hotel!

Loved that the train station was a 4 minute walk away and the bus stops were literally less than a minute away! Breakfast was excellent, the room was a good size, and it was very clean overall. The staff were super helpful as well!

About 15 minutes from the center, but I knew that when I booked it.

Very decent hotel, good breakfast with options for vegetarians available, appreciated the coffee and tea offered anytime for free; staff was welcoming and kind. We also had the possibility to leave our luggage upon check out in the storage room for a couple of hours until catching our train. Dank je!

we did not receive the reserved double room with balcony but that's no major issue :)
