- hotel activities and facilities are not identified to allow guests to try ( such as BBQ at the beach, Jetski, kayak… ets) - in bathroom shower sink was blocked and even after informing room service issue was not resolved - room windows not clean - cutting marks in room carpet - room service access the room multiple time during the day but the next morning they didn’t clean or collect the garbage - kids and family life activities were not that great - good segregation between adults pool and family/kids pool but unfortunately they all meet to access outdoor area from one place, where there are other door easily accessible to adults pool area

- room service was very slow to respond i need to call several times. - the room smell was bad when first entered. - staff must be friendly and flexible on checkout times.

I liked everything in this hotel, it’s amazing and luxury really high class. The room, Jacuzzi, The living room, the bed, the lighting , restaurant, the beach, reception, valet parking, they are so respectful. I would like to comment about Mr. Hadi : - Mr.Hadi since the moment we entered the hotel we felt comfortable and you made our weekend amazing really you are a wonderful person really and you are one of a kind , we would like to thank you for your services and the way you treated us, respectful, professional high class staff, your behavior make us wanna come back to this hotel. Thank you for being there for us the whole time i really don’t know what time you sleep :) MR HADI THANK YOU SO MUCH Ms. Shrouk: Thank you so much for everything you did to us we really appreciate it you are a nice person. Nice facility, and the room was spacious and comfortable. It was beneficial having separate pool areas for adults and kids.

The front desk staff are unorganized and need CSR training. On two occasions, the staff gave preferential treatment to local citizens, though my case was being worked. When questioned, the representative stated sorry she needed to help the local citizens before other nationalities. To make matters worse, she had difficulty locating my reservation even after I provided the requisite details. Subsequently, on checkout, the same agent asked for the reservation number.. With the many years of travel, I have never been asked for this information on checkout. Amazing. With all this said, the resort is a good place for family and friends to enjoy a relaxing vacation.

Nice suite rooms, comfy beds. Cleaning staff were excellent and Ranjan our dedicated cleaner. All restaurants are nice, food quality good and value deals. Facilities were excellent for a family.

The room set up for a suite was odd given then sofa does not turn into a sofa bed. The Italian restaurant was a bit sterile and should be more ambient for a restaurant. We got limited time on the water assault course, as can only be used when tide comes in. Water sports limited on site.

The breakfast was great and diverse element for all taste. The room was the executive room was large and big fit for 3 persons with the baby. The terrasse was very useful to take a fresh air and got a very great view. The bath was big and very nice. We appreciate the safety gard in the swimming pool. Very friendly for family visit with princess and activities.

The room was little bit cold I have got difficulties to set up the right temperature, but at the end it was wroking fine. It miss glasses in the minibar to be able to drink water and juice, and no glasses in the bathroom for washing our teaths.

The reception was amazing Very quiet and truly relaxing The veach was very good

The hotel staff was very friendly and polite. We liked the beach area and the inflatables. We also liked the beach facilities (mini soccer, volleyball areas). We liked the Seafood night at the hotel restaurant 'Choices', as well as the breakfast which provided a lot of options for all tastes. We loved the fresh juice station where you could choose your own ingredients (veg as well as fruit).

The water in the pools was quite cold for us, especially due to cool weather and strong wind. So we couldn't enjoy the pools and the kids water park. The cleanliness of the room could be improved as we could spot some hair on the floor in the bathroom and in the room.

Breakfast is good. Cleanliness is very good. Overall good experience…

Request for extra bed was confirmed through mail during the time of booking and the same mail was shown during check in; however, they told they need to check whether extra bed is available and took time to call two persons while I was waiting with anxiety if extra bed would not available then what to do! This kind of attitude is not acceptable in hospitality business.

This was our first time to Bahrain, and the hotel was very accommodating. On arrival we met the customer service manager Grace, she was fantastic! Right away she gave us a list of activities happening for the kids for both days that we were there. Unfortunately the splash pad for the kids was still under maintenance which we were a little disappointed with, but they graciously upgraded us to breakfast for both mornings. We had access to the VIP lounge and Jiuno was great! Since we couldn't eat in the lounge due to the age of our kids he brought us food and drinks to our room unexpectedly. The staff were all so friendly and made sure to attend to your every need. The only thing that would have been nice is to have a mini store on hand to buy small food or drink items. There was a mini mart about 5 mins walk. They also have food and drink items in your room, your just paying a little more for them then at the mini mart! Overall our stay was fabulous and we look forward to going back!
