Elite Crystal Hotel

Really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and professional. While not a new property, it was very well maintained. The experienced staff plus attentive upkeep of the facilities made for a comfortable and pleasant visit overall. Would definitely stay here again.

The only thing I didn't really like about the royal suite was that it had only one small bathroom, which seemed illogical for that size of a room. The bathtub drain was also a bit slow and the toilet flush leaked slightly, but it didn't detract much from the overall enjoyable stay.

The location was good, walkable distance for restaurants and other needed places. There is enough parking within the building. The gym was good and clean with fresh towels. The staff were nice and helpful.

The AC in the room, there was a thermostat to control the temperature but even after changing the temperature it remains the same and keeps cooling. I had turn the AC off and on everytime. The bedsheet and pillow covers could be changed to new ones. They look brownish even after replacing them with the freshly washed ones. The most important is the noise from the club can disturb your sleep, I was at 5th floor and could feel the noise until late night around 2:30 Am.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and I can't say enough about how fantastic my experience was. From the location to the staff, everything exceeded my expectations. Location: The hotel is situated in an excellent location, making it convenient for both leisure and business travelers. It's close to many attractions, restaurants, and shops, allowing guests to explore the city with ease. Staff and Reception: The hotel's staff and reception team were incredibly friendly and accommodating throughout my stay. They greeted me with warm smiles and were always ready to assist with any requests or questions i had. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The combination of a great location, welcoming staff, and exceptional service made it an amazing experience for me . Looking forward for staying here again .

The staff were excellent. We were there for 2 week and we really felt more like guests than just customers. Noting seemed to much trouble for the staff and they went out of thier ways to make our stay enjoyable.

Nothing about the hotel could have been improved. The only thing is that the view is not that great. But everything else is awesome.

This place was fantastic. I arrived at midnight, exhausted. The night manager Mr. Buddhi was very welcoming. When he realized it was also my birthday that day he upgraded my room. I was very grateful, thank you! The rooms were very spacious, clean and the bed was very comfy. The pool and gym were great. I loved the buffet breakfast. Lots of different options and a chef making things to order. Mr. Buddhi were very helpful in helping me get where I needed to get and look up phone numbers and addresses, call taxi's and make sure I was well taken care of. The hotel is a close walk to multiple restaurants and a 10-15 minute drive to many tourist spots as well as the airport.

The smile of the reception staff and their keenness to provide the need of the guest and their high morals . Clean rooms . The view of the room was perfect on the pool. The quietness of the place and the lack of inconvenience is ideal for those who want to rest. Especially the Filipino employee and an Indian employee who were keen to meet all my needs very quickly and without hesitation.

I loved how polite the front desk staff were. When parking, the area is very well-lit and maintained. I had one of the best rooms in the place and it did not disappoint. I highly suggest you pay for the Crystal/Royal suite when you stay.

The food at the buffet. Although delicious, some of the hot food wasn't hot, although it was in warming trays. Customer service was not the issue at all; servers Esther and Rosanna were very gracious. The buffet that weekend just wasn't one of their greatest in my opinion.

Hotel Elite Crystal is very conveniently located in the posh Juffair area of Bahrain and provides all requisite facilities to the guests. The staff is very polite and helpful especially the Manager Mr Bhosle is a gem of a human being. I was wowed by Mr Bhosle's gentle behaviour and highly co-operative attitude. Shall definitely visit this hotel again.

The staff was Cooperative & Efficient. Mr. Vilas Bosley is a good listener and accommodated us in the best manner. The room was spacious & comfortable with all basic amenities. They are taking care of their guests. Thanks to Mr. Vilas for all your kindness. Stay Blessed.

Location was good, having own parking, clean and cozy atmosphere, Breakfast was good enough. Juffair Mall as well as Food Court are on Walking distance.

my wife Sheri and I enjoyed that the Waikiki restaurant and 360 were located in the building so we’d didn’t have to really go far at night. the gym and spa facilities were very nice. pool dj was good for thanksgiving party. staff was excellent in making us feel happy.

the only improvement I would say is if there was an option to rent a car. we walked to the Hilton to get a car. not sure if that’s worth the hassle. but it’s not a deal breaker.
