The experience felt safe, clean, comfortable, laid back, affordable, and free breakfast and tea.

When I first arrived, no one was there to help me with check in. There was a man who eventually came to the door, and when he let me in, he looked me up and down from head to toe in a very sexually perverted way and he was very obvious about it (did not try to be subtle). He made me feel very uncomfortable. He said he was not a staff member who could actually check me in and told me to wait around for the female staff member to return from shuttling other guests to the airport. This female staff did arrive several minutes later and she was really great. Very helpful and friendly and not creepy like that man was.

Bed was comfortable, room was clean and had all the necessary appliances. The staff was very helpful and pleasant

The grounds need work appearance wise and my shower had no water pressure. Need to work on the water system. Because of the humidity the tiles in the lobby can be slippery need rubber mats or something to cover that floor. They also need to put safes in the rooms for valuable belongings. Just some finishing touches and this establishment will be a 5⭐

Very nice breakfasts. The room we were in was great. The pool was refreshing, though we only went in once. The shuttle to the airport is a good deal.

There was some confusion with the dates of the booking. I don't blame Golden Palms. They took care of us.

The little I had was okay , regarding breakfast... The room was comfortable...

The first morning, everything was gone, the second morning there was some left, I think two items were finished. Maybe a time frame should be given to guests. The bathroom had no place to put shower items. Parking was tight, more space needed

The staff was exceptionally helpful and kind. The outdoor gardens were beautiful !

Work was being done to restore the facility. This takes time ! I am hopeful that they shall create a very nice dwelling in time. With such a welcoming staff I believe that it is just a matter of time.

it was clean and very quiet. They have a $12 airport shuttle which is much cheaper than the taxis. it’s an easy walk down to the local beach bar and beach. They had a nice breakfast and would keep it open late for you.

we did not have water the whole time we were there.. it was fairly off the beaten path but you can get anywhere you need by the local bus.

The breakfast could have been better. It is a distance from town. Staff was super nice and friendly. Needs some updates especially around the pool but I enjoyed it.

The pool needs a railing. The furniture needs to be replaced. The pool itself needs attention but the water is clean and I enjoyed it

There was coffee, and cereal, fruits, bagels, etc. For breakfast. They offer car rentals at the hotel, free shuttle service to, and from the airport. The rooms are spacious, and nice, with comfortable beds. Very good location, and friendly staff, would definitely stay there again.

Nothing, it was great.

The staff was super friendly and accommodating. We were able to get rides to and from places for a small fee which was great, as walking isn’t always ideal.

I can’t think of anything we didn’t like.

Comfort room bedding nice setup awesome love how there is a microwave in the room along with fridge. Front desk agent and manager was the greatest awesome team on.

Pool it needs some cleaning and foyer organization like more lounges umbrellas and sofas. Hide the plugs from television in the rooms windows can be tinted (white) that looks over the roof.
