- Tasty breakfast - Large spacy room - Perfect Bar in 18th Floor - Loft Bar - Perfect View from hotel room (17th Floor)

- Very uncomfortable soft beds - The room is little bit uncomfortable - too design (no pillows on sofa, no carpets anywhere), it also makes very upleasant echo in the room

Brilliant location, great views of the cityscape, excellent breakfast, and the one dinner we took. Staff responded very positively to family needs - we were a party of 3 families, with children It was easy to get take-away food delivered, essential given range of children's ages (1-9 yrs), and hotel provided plates and cutlery!

Need better and clearer information when booking a complicated family group, which I eventually did via one direct booking with the hotel and two via booking.com Hotel staff sympathetic to our multi-varied needs but tricky to accommodate a family group requiring adjoining or adjacent rooms It was a holiday weekend so learning for me is to book very well ahead -not always possible with family groups coming by mix of rail (Budapest), car (Warsaw) and air (both from Warsaw and Dublin)!!

The views are amazing! If you like a nice view with your morning coffee, this is it. We had two rooms with two different views and they were equally awesome. The rooms are large with cool features like sliding privacy doors to section off the bathroom, cool bathtubs, nice rain showers. The staff was very helpful and friendly and welcoming. The fitness center also has large windows with views. The breakfast on the 18th floor is a must-do. Creatively presented breakfast dishes, large assortment at the buffet and panoramic views of Inner Stradt. There were complementary juices and waters in the mini fridge, so refreshing after a day of sightseeing.

We enjoyed this hotel, nothing to not like about it.

The room was great. Feels a little bigger than the photos. The location is my favourite. If I come back I would stay at the same hotel. The helpfulness of the staff was probably the best part!

The toilets at the restaurant at breakfast were locked or the door was broken. The girl was lovely and walked me to the disabled toilet but someone was in there for a very long time. The toilet access issue for a restaurant really should have been fixed as a priority. Also the portions of pancakes and waffles are incredibly small. I was glad that I paid for my breakfast to be included, I would be extremely disappointed if I actually paid for that portion size!

The room was excellent. The view from the window on the 17th floor is breathtaking. Cleanliness at a high level, every day the bar was filled with juices and water. The room is clean and bright

The service at the reception claims improvement... For half an hour I tried to call the reception on the phone, they don't answer. Before arriving at the hotel I corresponded with them, each of their answers takes many, many days. They promised to put a letter and flowers in honor of my wife's birthday, we saw nothing... In one sentence - no service at all. It's a shame such a beautiful and representative hotel

Good location with high end finish. Minibar included sort drinks and snacks free of charge. The included breakfast is very good and lots of choice. Initially there was a small issue with our room and this was sorted quickly and efficiently.

Fire alarm went off at 6am one morning. This was a false alarm but the staff did not help when evacuation complete. We stood on the street in the cold and no one directed us. Could have ended badly if this were a real fire. The tea in the room was not replaced daily, so don’t drink it all in one day!

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. We were there to celebrate our wedding anniversary. We were nicely located within a short walk of everything we wanted to see and do. The staff was the star of the show. from check-in to check-out, they help us in every way. Even assisting my husband in carrying out an anniversary surprise. The ceiling in the rooftop bar and restaurant made for excellent photos

There was nothing that we did not like. We really just had a very nice stay at the hotel. The room was nice, the food was good and the drink at the bar were fabulous.

comfy beds and big rooms. room service is fast. the hotel has a really nice view to city. the staff is friendly and ready to help, especially the concierge works really good 👍

the technological equipments in the rooms and overall in the hotel are old fashioned. spa needs a renovation asap. elevator capacity for such a big hotel is really low. you have to wait minimum 5 minutes to go to lobby from the room. there should be more employees/desks at the reception or you can provide some self check in/out desks. there was a queue to check out and we have waited 15 minutes on the queue.
