Andaz Vienna Am Belvedere - a concept by Hyatt

Excellent facilities. We enjoyed everything from breakfast to the wellbeing area on the fourth floor. The room design was exquisite and the bed extremely comfortable. Loved the rainfall shower and marble design bathroom. Will be purchasing the shower cream and lotion at the hotel as it was divine. I'd recommend staying for the weekend to enjoy the rooftop bar as we didn't get to see it although it was highly recommended. Must book a room including breakfast! You won't regret it.

Room was very clean, bed was comfortable, WC/bathroom were clean. Room in general was quiet, the only slight noise was coming from the trains arriving/leaving the nearby train station but this stopped past 23.15. Staff were helpful, we had a double bed with one large blanket and asked for it to be replaced with two single blankets and it was done. Also got the help with the luggage at arrival and when checking out. Location is good, it is close to Belvedere palace and museums.

One thing that was a bit strange is the way the door for the WC and bathroom is designed. Basically WC and bathroom are adjacent and there is one sliding door for both, so if one person is taking shower, then there is no door for WC. Moreover, there is clearance between the door and the wall, so if a person is in WC then person/people in the room can hear all the sounds, which is a bit embarrassing.

The receptionist who checked me in was extremely friendly and made me feel like I was at home. I am a single female in my 30's staying alone during this trip and had a bad experience at the previous hotel. so, I made this reservation within 30 minutes of arriving. She was surprised I booked it just a few minutes before and was so friendly to upgrade my room to a high floor with a view. This was completely comforting and I felt right away that this was a safe hotel, clean, beautiful, and perfect for a stay alone. The wine happy hour was a nice unexpected perk, the spa, sauna, and Wellness area was amazing, and my room on the top floor was absolutely perfect! Will definitely stay again

Parking was very expensive on top of hotel costs. Also, I wished the spa wellness area was open earlier in the morning to use right after a workout and before breakfast to start the day.

Very modern and comfortable hotel. Great beds, room, public amenities, superb breakfast, rooftop bar a must, although busy at times The location is better for business, although right opposite Belvedere Palace. Hop on the D tram or U1 underground if you want to go to museums or the city center.

The site claims that the hotel is pet friendly. It is a lie. They only allow dogs. We were travelling with a cat and recieved a message that they can not accommodate cats only after booking was paid in full. Another strange technical detail is that you are not able to put do not disturb sign on the door when you outside the room. It is only electronic and only working when you are inside. So if you do not want anybody to enter when you are out - for instance to prevent cleaning to start when you out for a morning run - it is not possible.

Rating: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ My recent stay at this Vienna hotel was nothing short of amazing. The prime location, welcoming staff, and impeccable decor were truly outstanding. The service was beyond exceptional – the staff assisted with recommendations and even secured last-minute concert tickets. A special mention goes to Christophor, who went above and beyond. When he noticed I was sick, he promptly sent a soothing tea pot to my room. Such thoughtful care made my stay even more memorable. In summary, this hotel offers an unforgettable experience. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Vienna. Many thanks to Christophor and the team. I'm already looking forward to my next visit

Beautiful spacious rooms with unique artwork, very smart and accesible design - sensors turn on little lights near the floor when you walk by at night, many light fixtures for different uses that can all be shut down with single switches near each bed and the door. Family room which consists of two full sized adjoining rooms with double connecting doors - very hard to find in my experience. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Less than 20 minutes to the city center by tram.

Tram line is a few hundred meters away from entrance with no rain cover. Room floors could be cleaned more thoroughly.

The Hotel had amazing, respectful staff and a very nice selection for breakfast. They provided a quick dry cleaning service on request. The room was well-stocked with amenities and very comfortable. The hotel is situated close to the Belvedere21 and has many public transport options close by. It also has a way to quickly board a Taxi/Uber to get anywhere you want. Dinner options and bar are available

Breakfast ends early on weekdays at 10:30am. No nail-care package available.

In this hotel almost evryoone don't know basic even standard , in 5 stars hotel.
