Broome Beach Resort - Cable Beach, Broome

Location is perfect for the cable beach area being walking distance to restaurants, bars, surrounding hotels and the famous cable beach ! Beautifully well looked after gardens, pool area was very nice with good cooking facilities and spacious apartments with everything you need. Couldnt ask for anything more ! Dawn is lovely and we arrived later than anticipated due to our flight being delayed and she was still available when we checked in. I would recommend this resort to family & friends.

Location was fantastic, easy walking distance to Cable beach and eateries. The property managers were friendly and attentive at all times. The villas are set off lovely paved walkways, the pool was well maintained and a good size, and we were never without deck chairs. We also enjoyed our little back private patio for quiet family time. It is self catering but a good amount of laundry and dishwashing supplies were provided, as were coffee pods for the nespresso machine. Air con and fans worked well, and the shower was strong and hot. We really had a happy stay in our 2 bedroom apartment. Before you buy groceries, stop off at the reception desk as previous guests will have left plenty of free stuff that would otherwise go to waste!

Would have liked a solid small coffee table by the lounge area, but made do with a box. Not a big problem by any means.

We had an apartment close to the pool. The apartment was well set up with everything you’d need for a comfortable stay. The pool was great - the kids and parents were in there every day. The surrounds are nice and gardens well kept. It was quiet at night and the other guests were friendly. It seemed a safe place to stay. Washing machine and dryer were useful. The shower had good pressure. The staff were friendly. Everything in Broome is close by car. There is a cafe, shop, restaurant and the beach ‘walking close’ to this property. A Broome holiday is a lot easier if you have a car though.

There is a cluster of hotels/motels around Cable Beach in Broome with similar sounding names: Cable Beach Resort (smart but expensive), Broome Beach Resort (ours) and so on. I fell into the trap and booked Broome Beach by mistake. I'm glad I did. It was brilliant, not expensive and entirely as advertised with its own swimming pool, free barbecues, pleasant garden grounds, free parking, as well as a clean and spacious room, well-equipped kitchen, bathroom complete with washing machine and tumble dryer. I connected three devices to the free WiFi and each dropped in first try, with strong subsequent signal. All terrific, with helpful staff for good measure.

The resort is terrific. No complaints or problems.

Location pool privacy were the main attractions for us. We have stayed in the accommodation a few times and continue to enjoy our stays there. would recommend the place to friends looking for accommodation in Broome.

I think the ability to access tradespeople since Covid has probably had an impact on maintenance in some areas. The crockery and cutlery was pretty ordinary.The gardens were beautifully maintained.

The accommodation was located really near the bus stop and had a hotel next door, so very handy for meals. Also had a cafe / general store across the road. Wasnt far from the Cable Beach area, so close for the sunset viewing etc. Off street parking near your unit & the single room units were ground floor, with the family units seemed to have upstairs & downstairs. A washing machine was also in the unit, which was very useful. Staff were great.

The apartment is so clean and tidy. Make us feel like home. Spacious rooms, very private, nice air con and nice pool. We can cook like home with all the utensils that are necessary and dish washer. Very good for our family. We all love staying there. The lady is friendly and helpful too.

The bathroom floor doesn't have a good slope to drain all water

I loved the tranquil setting, I loved the variety of restaurants, location was great, next to the beach.

I have a mask exemption, Your Receptionist was under the impression that she was in the medical field or Police and made me show her the exemption, Staff should be educated that this is against the law, she is neither qualified or has any authority to do so. Page 5 section 10 under the SOE displays that only a senior officer can ask to see an exemption, My exemption is for severe anxiety, which your receptionist cased me to have anxiety any time I went near reception for the holiday. I am thinking about reporting her to the Human rights commission. It is also against the law to ask

The location is close to Cable Beach just a walk away, there's are a pub and some restaurants closeby. Going into town is easy as there is a bus stop nearby. There are many trips and events to do, however one must book early not to miss out. The food from the various nearby restaurants has been great. We enjoyed our stay and Dawn at the resort was very helpful and friendly.

Broome was very hot and humid, sometimes quite uncomfortable. Definitely pick the best weather time to goto Broome.

A short walk to Cable Beach, the pool was delicious to slip into after a day of touristy activities. Walking distance to high quality restaurants and also the shop on the corner for a quick and cheap meal (they have homemade lasagna packaged up to buy). The townhouse was comfortable and airy, perfect for Broome climate.
