Mildura Motor Inn

Absolutely amazing. From the host to the venue, its absolutely a great place to stay on a budget. I wasn't expecting much to be honest, I find motor inns and things like that to be run down. But I was pleasantly surprised. And as the winner for a Dr Who quiz recently on a cruise, I loved walking into the office to see Daleks everywhere.. should have a sign up "If you're a bad guest we will exterminate you" I will be staying here every time I come up to Mildura, and recommend anyone who needs a few nights to stay here.

Absolutely nothing, one of the better experiences I've ever had staying here

We really appreciated the attention to detail in this accommodation. From the quality towels and well set out bathroom to the comfortable bed and pillows, the hosts had thought of everything. For those who travel with their own breakfast supplies (like us) there was a full set of crockery and cutlery plus washing up supplies. Everthing in the room was thought through and we couldn't fault it.

The location isn't close to the main town but there are large shopping centres very close by. The room has floor to ceiling windows at the front so it would be useful to have net curtains for additional privacy.

Nice size room very clean, with micro wave and toaster, hairdryer, iron, electric blankets, good internet & good shower. Easy access to washing machine & dryer, On the main road into the centre of the city but very quiet. The host Lisa was lovely and I would recommend Mildura Motor Inn to others

very spacious, clean and well equiped rooms. quiet setting off the main road into to Mildura. A bit out of town, but there are some good places to shop and eat nearbye - especially the vietnamese place only 300-400 m away. Had to change arrival dates due to changed plans due to floods in NSW, and owners were very helpful.

Bloody SMOKERS!!!!!. The one bad thing about this place is that it still allows smokers on balconies. When we unpacked the car some bloke was sitting under the lower verandah smoking near us. Then someone else was smoking on their upper floor balcony in the evening and morning, so we couldnt use ours without getting their second hand smog. Would have given the place a 9 rating other than for this.

Greeted by friendly and very helpful staff (possibly the owners) Could park directly outside our ground floor room. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Had a couch which my husband loved. Had Foxtel channels which gave us more options. Great location - shopping centre just a few doors down the road and great restaurant (Botanica) across the road. Even though it was on a busy road it seemed like a quiet and safe neighbourhood.

The decor was a little dated. Bathroom was a little tight.

Absolutely impressed with this motel. Had experienced a poor quality motel on an earlier trip to Mildura so was reluctant to book in this town again. We are experienced travelers staying in motels regularly over many years and this motel was one of the best. The owners were welcoming and helpful, willing to ensure our stay was comfortable. The motel has no catering on-site but they were willing to share recommendations for places to eat - which all turned out to be great. The rooms were exceptionally clean and extremely comfortable. We really appreciated arriving into a warm room on a chilly night. it is obvious that the owners go above and beyond to ensure guests are comfortable with thoughtful inclusions eg an electric blanket as well as air con, a power board to make it easy to plug in a number of power outlets near the bed, beautiful thick white towels, and a designated washer to remove makeup. Although like many of the Mildura motels it is older, the care is obvious and appliances are new as are the furnishings. We had an extremely comfortable stay. Would highly recommend staying here.

This was a great motel

Good location, spacious room with pool for the kids.

The Air con unit was way too big for the room and sitting just next to the bed. Even on low fan speed was way too strong blowing right on the bed and noisy therefore unable to leave it on for more than 15min when asleep. Room was either ok hot or too cold.

The help we received from management Paul and Jeannette was above 1st class as they helped when our son living in Denmark organised for a special surprise gift to be used for a special meal. We had already booked to go on a river cruise and meal. Paul arranged for the money to be given to us minus some for flowers which he arranged to be delivered as my wife and I were retracing our honey moon to Mildura after 54 years of marriage. It was obvious that the cost of the flowers exceeded the money withheld and when offered extra payment we were told that it was a special gift from the Motel.

Nothing. I f we were to return to Mildura we would stay at this Motel and we would recommend it to friends to stay there also.

The rooms were spacious and there were ample facliities to allow us to self cater. Plenty of parking and friendly staff how genuinely were able to help/

There were some maintenance items that could use some attention. Not many but it is nice to see attention to details.

Staff were super friendly and exceptionally helpful. Rooms were comfortable, clean, tidy, decent size for 3 adults. Shower was fantastic 10/10 would recommend. Suited us perfectly for the one night stay on our road trip through the state.
