Trinity Beach Pacific

Pool was clean and pleasant. Studio room was a good size. Bed and pillows were comfortable. The balcony was a bonus. The apartments are well located, in walking distance to the small shopping centre, beach, cafes and restaurants. Manager was helpful and friendly. Parking was close to room.

Kitchen lacked sharp knife and proper sized dinner plates. Shower doors need repair. Bathroom and kitchen need a thorough clean. Bedside lights would be nice. A few extra towels would have been good, as we were staying a week. We loved using the outdoor balcony, but often the cigarette smoke drifting from apartments below was unpleasant, so we often had to shut the balcony door. A floor broom and a dustpan would be useful.

I used the swimming pool a few times and liked the setting and little waterfall. The walk to the beach and cafes in one direction was not far,, as was the short walk in the other direction to the small supermarket. We used the bbq area for a family gathering and were pleased with the cleanliness of bbq plate, provision of a fridge and the general set up by the pool. Also liked large bathroom with laundry facilities, including trough.

Neighbours smoking, but understood this is difficult for management to change without infringing on others rights.

Lovely apartment in small complex immaculate and well equipped located around 10 minutes from Trinity beach around 10 miles from Cairns close to shops bars and restaurants. Good value for money Staff very friendly and helpful with arranging trips etc including obtaining bus timetables also very patient when we misplaced our key after an evening out Saw wild wallabies nearby also swimming pool available As we went look season reception not always manned but a phone was available whenever we had a query which was always answered very quickly if we ever used Recommend visits to Green Island and Great Barrier Reef Hartleys Crocodile Adventure Kurunda Skyrail and railway Cairn Aquarium

Can't say I disliked anything about our apartment I have no complaints

Melanie saved the day! After a terrible experience elsewhere, our host Melanie contacted me straight away and got us into our rooms at Trinity Beach the very next day. The rooms had everything we needed including kitchen, balcony, parking, washing machine & dryer and the location was superb. Melanie even booked us into the train to Kuranda and return SkyRail and gave us great tips of what to do, local services and where to eat in the area. We cannot thank Melanie enough for providing such incredible kindness and service, she really went above and beyond to help us have a beautiful enjoyable holiday.

Accommodation was good and close to shops,restaurants and beach. Cleanliness was great throughout,as well as pool.

Would've like to have met the owners. Picking up keys from a safe box was a first.(but received a message from them to tell us where to get them) The handle at the pool needs fixed was a little bit loose. Some weeding maintenance needed around the front of property would help make it stand out a bit.

the apartment was in a great location, walking distance between the beach and a great park (and skate park) that our two boys loved. the pool was also nice to cool off in surrounded by palms. the accommodation had everything we needed to prepare our meals and the property managers where friendly and polite We thought it was great value

A bit dated with some wear and tear

Truly is a home away from home. Friendly welcoming staff. All the comforts of home. Facilities fantastic. Great escape for a family. We stayed in the 3 bedroom apartment. Easily accommodated our family of 5. Fully furnished, air conditioned, laundry facilities within apartment. Kids loved the pool as always. A short walk 5 min to the local shops. 5 minute drive to the closet Coles for any groceries. We will be back again. Our go-to for Trinity Beach/Cairns.

The staff were very helpful and friendly, the location was great close to the beach, a few restaurants, the night owl for any grocery items we needed and there was a great park we walked down to. The unit had everything we needed to cook breakfasts and dinners with an added bonus having a washing machine and dryer so we didn't have to go to a laundromat.

There wasn't anything

Hosts went above and beyond to make sure we had the best stay including facilitating and early check in where possible, holding our luggage and were awesome to deal with. The location was great - not right on the Esplanade so that it was very busy but only a 5 minute walk away. Thanks so much - we will be back.

Had everything we needed and nicely presented and very quiet. Very spacious and clean. Airconditioners are quiet and the queen bed was so comfy with soft plump pillows. The balcony was a good size to sit for a coffee and a read. The garden area was neat and tidy.

Kitchen corner cupboard needs a new hinge other then that it's not a modern building . Usual wear and tear.
