Only 2 towels and a face towel for the 1 week stay Wpuld have been perfect if added another 2 bath towels and 1 face towel and replenish the laundry and dishwashing detergent

My second stay at this resort, and it was great. Very nice 2 bedroom apartment, great king size bed, lovely renovated bathrooms, amazing large balcony. Beautiful gardens, gorgeous swimming pools, loved the Hawaiian styling throughout. Lots of critters and wildlife hanging out in the tropical gardens, loved that. Will definitely be coming back again and again. So good to be away from the main street Noosa crowds. Easy detailed check in instructions, helpful staff, loved the free shuttle to Noosa for shopping/dining etc. Didn't need a car, was easy to get Uber's from here as well.

Large rooms, comfortable beds, ground floor room had access from two entrances. One of which faced one of the three pools (two were heated!). The restaurant onsite was delicious and opened at 11am and could takeaway food and drinks. Shuttles down to Hastings Street happened 4 times a day, return. Could request pool towels at the front desk which was handy for interstate travellers.

Could have used more than one bathroom towel per person as its a self contained room, and you have to wash the bathroom towels yourself. Thin ceilings, you could easily hear people walking around above you which could be annoying for light sleepers.

We loved everything about our stay. The location was peaceful, out of the very busy Noosa area, with an Aldi and bakery nearby, the staff were very friendly and helpful (especially Shelley), the rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable with everything we needed eg air con, kitchen, laundry and appliances etc of a very good quality. The furnishings were a little dated but that did not detract from our enjoyment. We loved the location of our rooms near the pool and with a verandah. The pool, one of four, was also well maintained, clean and so refreshing, with lounges, shade umbrellas and beach towels available on request. Izzy's on-site restaurant was outstanding, so convenient and welcoming, with the best Asian food we've ever tasted - honestly. Everything we ate was delicious. We dined there three times and would have returned except they were closed for the remainder of our stay - a well earned break for the staff. The grounds were also well maintained. Everything about the resort looked cared for. We had the BEST time and will return at the first opportunity. THANK YOU so much to everyone.

Nothing. That's a rare thing to say and an indication of the quality of this resort. We can't think of a single negative. The staff here should be very proud of the wonderful stay they provide for their guests.

Excellent customer service. Baggage storage felt safe if you need to arrive early before check-in for depart late after check out. Lovely that they had shuttles to the main beach every day departing at 9:30 AM and coming back every couple of hours until 4:30 PM. The Aldi was a quick four minute. Walk up the street. I had a French press and water kettle in my room so that was super convenient. Everything you need to cook a meal. The pool and hot tub or nice. The staff were helpful. Plenty of brochures to be able to choose from different excursions. The hotel restaurant was nice and the Thai food was good. Big tub and nice shower. Laundry worked great. Lovely balcony

It would have been nice if they provide olive oil. I’m sure the guests leave some behind, but it felt a little bit wasteful to have to buy a whole bottle from Aldi when you are only staying for a few days. Wish they’d designate one pool for kids and give guests a heads up about booking a room near a pool, but they close pool at 9pm so it’s ok. Bed wasn’t super comfy, but those are my only complaints & I still rated it 10/10

The pools were enjoyable and the ambience was cooling and tropical. It was a good place from which to explore Noosaville.

The restaurant didn't offer coffee. The three-bedroom accommodation we had was on the main road meaning the verandah couldn't be used because of the consistent traffic noise. We did request a change of rooms but there were no other 3-bedroom units available. Instructions for the electric hot plates were not available and the frying pan for the morning omelet decided only to release the bottom from the pan in sections and so it was a disaster. We didn't use the cook top again. The condiments provided in the kitchen were sparse.

Great accommodation. Fantastic grounds and outlook with 4 immaculate pools and spas. On site restaurant. Free shuttle bus into Hastings Street which is very useful as parking in Noosa itself is very tricky. This is our second visit. Our room balcony outlook was calming and my wife did some great art while we were there. Great cafe and ALDI within walking distance. Also Thai Fusion restaurant Sum Yung Guys nearby is worth a visit.

Overall so much more than what we expected. Clean, lovely resort. Grounds tidy, great pools, restaurant onsite. Friendly staff. Shuttle down to Main Beach area. The room we were in, was really great - had everything we needed and was super tidy and spacious.

As already running, a more frequent shuttle service would be beneficial. The bathroom in the room had a shower (over spa) with sides so high, it was very difficult to get in and out of (felt like it could be a hazard for some). Had to take out our own garbage prior to departure otherwise would be charged an additional service fee.

The room was very spacious and comfortable. We were in room 82 and it had direct pool access with spa. Close to the onsite Thai restaurant which was very nice. The sauna was great. It was very well located to supermarket and a few cafes and restaurant. The courtesy bus was a bonus.

The kitchen needs a little updating and the lighting in the bathroom needs to be improved and the noise from upstairs was a little annoying as the people didn't remove their shoes and was noisy very early in the morning.

Communal pool areas were lovely and definitely a highlight. The whole resort was lovely and clean and the staff on the whole were very attentive. It was overall a very relaxing experience!

Location wise - it is a little further out which can make getting to Noosa centre difficult. The shuttle bus service is excellent however getting into restaurants at night can be difficult due to the lack of taxis. Rooms could also do with a little modernising
