The motel is unassuming from the road however is very quiet and comfortable. Our check in process was easy and the staff very friendly. The bed was comfortable, and the rooms had their own undercover carpark. We had dinner from the foodtruck that was on-site and it was excellent. Breakfast was served in the common kitchen and had everything we could have expected. We ate out the front in the morning sun- it was delightful.

All motels owners/managers should visit Dalby Parkview to see how to run a successful motel. Rooms are large, comfortable and have everything required for a stay. Bathroom is huge. Shower has good pressure and plenty of hot water. Rooms are quiet with no noise coming through from next room. Bed is extremely comfortable and I had the best nights sleep in a long time. All car parking is under cover. Each room has a table and chairs to sit outside. A breakfast is included in the price and has a great range of breads, crumpets, muffins, spreads, coffees, cereals, tins of spaghetti and baked beans, juices.

Breakfast was a "help yourself" arrangement and was very nicely done. The layout was excellent and the food provided was of very good quality. Seating in the breakfast room was arranged well. TV was on as was the heater. (a little cool in August) I was invited out to dinner and was able to walk to the venue, the Country Club hotel in short time. Excellent Chinese (and Australian) fare.

There was nothing that I did not like. The motel is old (I stayed there in 1967) and it is showing its age in the décor in the rooms. They are quite basic, clean and provided the required elements for a good rest. Sadly, it was very noisy, being located on the main through road and close to a set of lights. Lots of heavy transport through town.

I chose Dalby Parkview Motel because of its proximity to the Bus stopping point as well as the venue which was my reason for going to Dalby. The Managers are really nice people whom made me feel at home. My room contained a Queen and single bed. Table and 2 chairs, 'smart" tv plus fridge, tea/coffee, kettle plus some mugs, glasses and cutlery. the room had a ceiling fan as well as a air con unit. The bathroom had been renovated and had a beautiful "rain shower" shower head. Towels, soap, shampoo and conditioner. My original thoughts were that the room was dated but it is an older motel. BUT; the bed and pillows were AWESOME. Best night's sleep for ages. In fact when I got home I could not sleep as ours was not as comfortable. The rooms were quite spacious. The "Breakfast Room" was great. Well stocked fridge with breads, milk, margarine and fruit juice. Microwave, 2 toasters and jug. Tea, Coffee, Sugar a variety of different Coffee Style sachets, Tins of Baked Beans and Spaghetti plus a myriad of spreads. Seating inside or outside. Fantastic Breakfast area. The motel is close to Fast Food outlets, shops, pubs, cafes centre of Dalby

My initial thought was dated but staff, beds and position made up for that.

Location.....tick Comfortable bed.....tick Quiet.....tick Heat pump.....big tick Breakfast.....big tick I requested a room away from the main highway, which was one of the unrenovated rooms. The online photos were a true representation of the room. I expect that the renovation project will reach these rooms soon - currently the breakfast hatch still opens, the walls are painted brick and the flooring is lino. BUT...... I have given lots of genuine ticks in this review and our needs were met.

Looking forward to seeing the final renovations completed

Very clean and comfortable, perfect for us as we were just coming from Brisbane to stay the night to do parkrun in the morning.

Only thing I’d comment on was that the sign on the breakfast room says it opens at 6am but we waited until 6:30 and it still hadn’t opened, and we had to leave then so we missed it, and it was included in our room rate. Not a significant impact for us by any means but may have impacted others

I organised after hours check in which was smooth - lights and aircons on ready for our arrival (which was great after a stinking hot day). Clean rooms (you wouldn’t have known it was a pet friendly motel), comfortable supportive beds, breakfast room was very convenient, everything was neat and tidy. Plenty of room for four in the Queen + 3 Singles room.

Being a pet friendly motel I wished I had be seen more dogs to pat 😉

This was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in in my life!! The room was spacious with several places to sit and relax or work at a desk, and all the usual things like aircon, tv, microwave, small fridge, tea/coffee facilities. The motel offers free Wi-Fi too, but I didn't use it. The furnishings and bathroom seemed to have been recently renovated and updated. It felt so clean and fresh with all the little touches of luxury that made it feel like a little holiday rather than a work stop over. One of the reasons I chose this motel was because a Continental breakfast is included in the price. In the breakfast room I was spoilt for choice with cereals, breads, spreads, as well as baked beans or tinned spaghetti too. Coffee sachets available to make café style frothy flavoured coffee. Fantastic value for money. Will definitely stay again.

Lovely room with lots of space and amenities. Really comfortable bed and shower was brilliant. The choices for the continental breakfast was amazing. Really enjoyed my stay.

Can't really complain about much. There was a noisy couple that came into the room next door on my second night, but that was not the fault of the motel. In all honesty, my room was very quiet the first night and a pleasure to be in.

This was one of the best privately owned motels I have ever stayed in. The room was very big so was the bathroom which had been recently renovated. The whole place was really comforting and a bit quirky. The food, breakfast and room service dinner was delicious. I really enjoyed my stay.
