Darwin FreeSpirit Resort

The cabin was neat and tidy Kitchen was equipped with most items and had a full size fridge Beds are comfy with ample pillows The pool was lovely, the kids had fun playing around in it. The kettle didn't work, informed reception, they were most helpful and the issue was rectified that day. The restaurant was good, a good choice of options on the menu as well as nightly specials, meals are delish Will stay again!!

Main bedroom was a little tight to move around the bed. There was no sharp knife, chopping board or a dish rack in the kitchen. Would have been nice to be informed they had functions on, was quiet busy and noisy on Saturday Dirt is easy transfered inside Tight car spot, when you have a big car, but we managed

Generally, the site is very good, pool and kids area well done. My cabin was generally good, roomy and well presented. The idea of a kiosk at the pool was good, catering mainly for young people and kids. The pool area was well done with a waterfall at the end of the pool.

In my cabin, there were three irritating items, the airconditioner was unable to be adjusted manually, until the maintenance man fixed the controller with new batteries. This now allowed the aircon to be turned down regarding fan speed, but it was still very noisy and still kept me awake at night, but better than my first night. The TV support stuck out and I hit my head on it three times. There was a tree directly in line with the driveway next to my cabin, ok so long as you were aware of it. The kiosk mainly served fast food, very fatty and not healthy, ok for young people who want this type of food.

Very convenient location for my requirements. Ladies in reception helpful and service with a smile. Buffalo wings were sensational. Cabin was clean and had everything I required. Shower one of the best I wish I could’ve taken it with me. I glad I’ve discovered this little oasis and will definitely stay here on my trips to Darwin in the future.

Spent 2 fantastic nights with family, late check-in with no issues, the cabin perfectly suits us - a bunk bed, a double bed (i moved the double bed closer to the window for more space), a kitchenette, the matress was comfy, clean linens & interior, clean air-con filter😊 and the cabins was surrounded with Palm trees giving that tropical feels.😊

Very friendly staff, our cabin was very clean and well appointed. Air con was on so our room was lovely and cool which in Darwin is very necessary at this time of year. Our meal at the restaurant was really nice and we were gifted a bottle of bubbly for our 40th Wedding Anniversary. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble. We would certainly recommend Darwin FreeSpirit to others. Good value for money.

There was nothing we would complain about.

Location was a little further from town then I expected but was beautifully laid out and purposely built. The bouncing pillow was wonderful and close. The dinner was good would eat there again. The customer service was great! Fantastic entertainment!

The bed rolled around in the room! The bathroom also had two cold taps that varied one with a c and one with a blue ring in the shower for a 7 year old this was super confusing ! Was a little annoying! The rooms were clean and tidy- I found it strange that the single bed wasn’t made but the double was?

The location was great, a little far out of Darwin but all good. Very impressed with the size of the park. Really enjoyed the Elements Bistro and the pools. The evening meals were great.

Facilities were excellent and staff were very friendly.

Our cabin was 329, closest to main road and footpaths. The first night we had people yelling and fighting with each other all night on the footpath outside the resort, but still very close to our cabin.

the new cabins were lovely, couldnt fault them.Very comfy king ben & linen was good.

so disappointed with the pool.We stayed 5 nights and i stopped swimming cause the dirt, grime and film on the surface was grosse.Definitely needs to massively improve the pool maintenance & chemicals. major disappointment

Very neat and today park to stay in and the cabin itself is quite good, not basic at all. The facilities in the room were great and it was awesome to be able to cook a lovely meal. They even had the aircon going so when I got in the cabin was very comfortable!
