Oxley Cove Holiday Apartment

Great location! Walking distance to main beach and shops. Apartment was very clean and has been modernised. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Bathroom was on the small side but fresh and clean.

The only negative thing for us was the laundry facilities. The washer is $3 and the dryer is $4, however I had to put the dryer on two cycles per load for the clothes to be fully dry. There is a clothes line but I chose not to use this as we were not on site during the days (we were up there for a week long sporting tournament).

Hot water running out and having to wait 15 mins between people and to bath your child was a bit inconvenient but got used it. Had a great first 2 night's sleep until the last night of our stay we had someone next door literally knocking on our bedroom wall everytime my child starting sobbing, not screaming only very light crying. I was shocked, it was 10pm not in the middle of the night, So those walls in the main bedroom must be paper thin, I have never had issues with sleeping in motels with my kid before. Couldn't complain to reception upon checking out as it was closed.

Second time staying here. Loved it the first time. Super clean, spacious, comfortable. Plenty of parking on and off street. Quiet spot. There is a high school across the road but still quiet as kids are just getting dropped off and going straight into school, and we were up and about by then. Will definitely stay again! Can walk to town beach and Port City bowlo. Also nice balconies off the apartments. Stayed in a 1 bedroom number 8. Very comfortable. Great kitchen facilities. Big fridge and freezer. Everything you need is supplied.

The apartment was basic but perfect for us as we only stayed one night. It was really good value and so cheap and perfectly located. We didn't get chance to use the pool but it looked lovely.

There were loads of rules and notes, I assume due to previous usage relating to limited hot water, turning everything off, saving money, noise curfews, which did feel over the top and very parental. The lack of hot water did mean 6 adult showers had to be very staggered and some of the party were very worried about staying to long in the shower. More double beds would have been nice but wasn't a deal breaker.

Big comfortable appartment, excellent Wi Fi Four Seasons Chinese Home delivery available, $9 Superb quality. Not too far from Ocean easy walk for the energetic. Super owners, book direct, best value, Be aware of Hastings Secondary college is directly opposite, pedestrian traffic in school hrs.

More courtesy from guests who let the security doors bang loud when exiting, a bit annoying but not uncommon . A bigger space for large cars the undercover on site can be tight, plenty of space outside and not a busy road easier alternative Oxley gets busy.

Location. Staff were very attentive and approachable. The unit was immaculately clean.

Being up 3 flights of stairs and trying to get my luggage up them and back down on my own. In no way is this the fault of Oxley appartments as I should of researched the accessibility myself. Especially having mobility issues. When I arrived on the sunday it was pretty much booked out with a ladies golfing group filling most of the rooms and although only 1carpark per unit. I was forced to park on the street as obviously that rule wasn't enforced.

Very convenient location, clean and tidy premises, very spacious 2-bedroom apartment, lovely staff. A great place to base yourself if you want to go out and about in Port Macquarie as it is close to shops, the beach and more. The pool looked lovely, but it is winter, so I did not use it!

The room I stayed in was dated, however it was perfectly clean, and everything was fine and useable. I think the room was in alignment with the star rating of the motel and it would not stop me staying again. Basic amenities only (2 x soap bars) so make sure you bring some travel items such as body wash/shampoo etc if they are needed.

This place is conveniently located a few mins drive from Town Beach, the main beach. All other surrounding beaches are just a 10 min drive away so you are spoilt for choice. The coastal walks offer superb views of the ruggered coastline. The apartments are super clean, have all the facilities you need and are quiet at night, Foxtel and WIFI included. The apartments are fantastic and offer excellent value for money.

Overall, everything was good. Late check in process, safe premises, very friendly staff, clean apartment, free covered parking and Wifi. Good location, walkable distance to beach, observatory and few mins drive to all major outlets like Kmart, Aldi, Wooly, Big W etc. It was a peaceful stay of two weeks as a family with young kids. Nothing specific to dislike. Everything was nice. A feedback for improvement on Wifi. Both 2G & 5G networks were slower and had frequent drops. It was still manageable. It is free and used by multiple people so I understand :)

Convenient. Easy car parking. Easy check in once I worked out the key. Apartment very clean, convenient & had everything we needed. Quiet & very private. Were concerned it might be noisy but was not. Aircon worked well once we worked it out & very convenient having airing frame for the rainy days

Wasn't sure about check out & couldn't find out to open box to leave key in. Outside door quite noisy shutting when others coming to their apartments. Can't think of anything else. We were very glad we were on lower floor & didn't have to struggle with luggage up stairs. We are both over 80! Thank you.
