Mod Hotels Mendoza

Lots to like in this hotel. It was sooo comfortable, great mattresses, towels, open shared spaces. Best things for me where the friendly staff who went above and beyond to make my new husband and I feel good staying there while on honeymoon. The massages in their spa were fantastic and not expensive like many other hotels. If you're time poor, I would highly recommend using the tour company they are affiliated with. They are based in their foyer. We used them to sort out our whole itinerary and got us a spot at a hard to get into winery with 2 days notice! We will absolutely come back again.

I would say the only things I didn't like were that the rooms didn't have an iron, kettle and that the gym only opens at 9am, so you can't train early before your tours.

The hotel is comfortable rooms are ok. it is sad the hotel haven't got a restaurant anymore, but there are plenty of restaurants nearby in the centre of Mendoza. Breakfast was ample. lots of choices on fresh fruits, cereals, yoghurts, and also breads and eggs. The personnel were excellent. The reception people we spoke to, 3 different young men, were great. Very helpful, very knowledgeable and genuinely interested in making our stay a success. We can recommend this hotel for a couple of days stay.

Some minor points, the reception desk was on a slightly raised area. People frequently tripped on this 10 cm heigh obstacle and it would be best if the hotel would remove this obstacle.

I picked the hotel based on its proximity to the public hospital. The staff were outstanding. My 1 week stay turned into 3 but I always felted welcomed by the staff.

The location is a little far from the main tourist attractions. Also, while the breakfast was excellent the hotel did not have a restaurant for lunch and dinner.

Great location as it is a short walk to the centre. Concierge was very helpful for booking a tour to the Bodegas. Also good location when you have a rental car as it’s not far to the motorway.

Air condition was very cold in the breakfast room. If you have a room with connecting doors and you haven’t booked these two rooms you can hear everything from the room next door.

The room was really comfortable, as the beds. Air conditioning was really nice and saved us in a week that was really hot. Staffing was lovely and welcoming. The agency in the lobby is very nice and practical.

Breakfast was not bad, but was not amazing. I think it can be improved.

Breakfast is unreal. Huge selection, tasty & well prepared. One of the best massages that we've ever received. Therapist are very talented and professional. Emilia is an exceptional staff member and massage therapist with warm attitude.

Hotel and therapists would deserve a proper Spa area. A sauna or jacuzzi and a proper treatment area would be a nice touch before treatments rather than that simple room on the fifth floor.

Good facilities and helpful staff.

The location is not the best and very quiet but you can always get to other areas quite quickly. Rooms a little outdated given the price.

The hotel was super clean! and the staff were so nice and willing to help us with anything!

The fact that we cannot book a parking spot in advance, so one night we left our car outside.

Great amenities, friendly staff, very comfortable rooms, and tasty breakfast!

Such a shame that there was no restaurant facilities other than breakfast. It would of been great if there was a bar too.
